Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, nothing is ever too much trouble. I have often emailed the team with various questions & they are always prompt with a helpful reply & were very quick to resolve a recent issue.
I’ve tried my Lab on a variety of different complete kibble over the years & Omni is the only one he will eat without me having to add an additional topper.

Love love love everything Omni it has made having a rescue puppy so much nicer now I don’t need to feed him other animals.He craves the kibble so much we can train him with just one piece at a time and if he will not come to his name, he will come to the word kibble.
I am so grateful and happy for the support from Omni vet Sophie and behaviourist Nico. Not having a dog for 15 years, it’s quite concerning all the different things they can get into and do, with the lovely support of Sophie, my worries have been clearly and understandably helped. I feel if I didn’t have this input from a very qualified vet I would be at our own vets all the time and they cost a lot of money let alone the upset to our puppy Jasper.

Sophie was lovely. I wanted to ask about some feeding advice for our Cavapoo puppy. Quality supplement that actually works
After seeing Omni on Dragons' Den, I decided to give their Itchy Skin Relief a go for my Westie who suffers from seasonal allergies. I love that it’s vet-formulated and plant-based, so I don't have to worry about hidden nasties or common meat allergens. Delivery was fast, and the packaging is great. It took about 14 days to see the full effect, but his coat looks much shinier now and the itching has stopped almost entirely. Great brand and great ethics.

Excellent Customer Service and Advice from Omni Dog Behaviour Specialist
Great service from Dog Behaviour Specialist Nico who gave us advice on how to deal with our rescue dog's behaviour issues. He was extremely sympathetic to the challenges we were having and was able to understand and explain the cause/root of our dog's behaviour. Bought omni irritable skin my Labrador has exzmer in his ears he is on medication from the vet originally took 2 a day then one a day I thought I would try these to see if they could help he is now on 1 tablet twice a week from vet and I a day on omni which are a lot cheaper
