I placed an order on 3/4 for a birthday gift. I expected the item to arrive on 3/11 (with 5 day shipping), and was emailed Monday afternoon that my order was cancelled and that the item was not in stock. I should have been notified immediately that the item was not in stock, but now I am forced to tell my son that the gift I promised him for his birthday will not arrive here before he has to go back to college. With the late notice, there is now no time to purchase the same item at another company in order for it to arrive in time. Thanks to the service at OMC, I won't be able to give my son a birthday present for his actual birthday.

I was elated at how quickly my shipment arrived and how quickly any issues were resolved. Only reason my rating is one star shy of perfect is that I had to pay to ship my item back to the retailer for a refund due to my item being the wrong size and the right size not being available--then again, my item was on sale most likely because of the limited sizes. However, other online retailers I've made purchases from were quick to provide a free return shipping label for similar issues. Other than that, my experience with this retailer was smooth, and I'd gladly recommend them to others.

I had an issue with shipping/delivery, UPS was horrible to deal with. I called OMC customer service and explained the situation to Jack. I was heading out for a ski trip and was in need of the skis I ordered. Jack not only sent another set out but had them overnighted to the hotel I was staying at. I was skeptical that they would show, but OMC proved me wrong! When I arrived at the hotel, the skis were waiting in my room! Thanks Jack!!

Great service great product what could be better

Purchased a Mountain Hardwear Shaka Backpack at a reasonable sales price. Nice pack of course. They delivered it on time as ordered. Ordered a Mont Bell jacket from them years ago. Was between sizes so I asked them for advice. They were right on the sizing.

In short, I'm pleased with OMC.

I found several things i was looking for and save a little money also.

This is a very comfortable base layer for cold conditions. It fits snug but has plenty of stretch so it does not feel restrictive. I have been impressed with Arc'teryx's quality. My only issue is that the sleeves are about 2 inches too long. I wear a large, but have a 33" sleeve and Arc'teryx's large has 35" sleeves.

Got what i ordered and in a short amount of time who can complain!
