We would like to respectfully clarify our position for transparency.
Our company specializes in exporting parallel(Japanese-Oriented) cosmetic goods, and as clearly stated during the checkout process, in the proforma invoice email, and on our customer service portal, we are unable to provide regulatory or import-support documents (such as FDA registration, authorization letters, or local compliance guarantees) unless a specific agreement exists between the brand owner, ourselves, and the buyer. (aka Distribution Agreement). This limitation is not unique to our company but is standard across the parallel cosmetics export industry.
In this particular case, the order did not proceed to payment, as the customer reviewed and acknowledged these conditions in advance. No shipment was made, and no charges were incurred.
While we regret that this led to dissatisfaction, we believe it is important to be upfront and transparent about our scope of responsibility so that customers can make informed decisions before proceeding. Our role is to operate transparently and responsibly within the legal and commercial framework of international trade. We believe that clearly communicating limitations before payment is made is part of that responsibility. Many of our long-term customers appreciate this clarity and manage their own import compliance successfully.
We remain committed to honest communication, fair business practices, as well as supporting our customers with accurate information upfront, so they can make informed decisions with confidence.

Good service
I’ve been purchasing from them for a year now. Really happy with the stock they keep, it’s fresh always. They pack the parcel so perfectly that I almost never faced any issue with damaged parcel.
