Finally got round to putting up our Olpro snug poled pop up kind of awning. Absolutely delighted. It went up so easily, it actually is the first awning we've ever bought that fits our camper (Wildax Ford Triton) and with no arguments 😁

Fantastic customer service
bought a preloved air awning through the website and had a small issue with the postage label. I was a bit stressed as I needed it in time for a camping trip. I spoke to Zoe in customer service, and she was fantastic.
She chased the delivery company and kept me updated. Even though the label couldn’t be changed, she went out of her way and offered to send another one just to make sure I wouldn’t be stuck. Thankfully, the awning arrived the very next day. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Zoe really took the stress out of the situation.

Not next day delivery but put as right as they can
Update - refund and straps greatfully received - appreciate errors do happen but this company has corrected them in the best way possible - thanks very much!
I ordered some storm straps on a Wednesday evening as I couldn't find ours, paid for next working day delivery and expected them to arrive on Friday due to ordering after the 2pm cut off. We were camping from the Saturday, so this should have been fine - order arrived on the Sunday - too late for us to use - I want to return them but don't see why I should have to pay for postage again since I already overpaid for a service I didn't get

Really well designed tent
Really well designed tent! I’ve had many but this one with the central connecting of roof and ground piles created a atring structure. Well packaged and lots of customer care. Love it thst it’s environmentally friendly too.
