The whole account opening experience was very smooth and transparent. The only reason it did not receive 5 stars was that the availability of languages other than French was limited. Generally the key elements were in English but a number only appeared to be available in French.

A bit impersonal, yet mind-blowingly good!
At the sign up stage, which took some time, it would be great to have someone to speak to
: the full and complete absence of customer service can be frustrating at times.
Yet once the account was open, everything has been marvellous. The process of signing the transaction or documents electronically is particularly impressive, an absolute top notch, bravo to Olky team and wishing them all the best in conquering the market away from the traditional banks who don’t keep up with the times.

Awesome ! It took forever to open an account for my company in Luxembourg with regular banks.
I went to Olky and I received both my IBAN and Mastercard within a week.
The card can be used worldwide even though the account is only SEPA and € reachable.
