I can't login to my account online. I inform my user code and click connect, then there comes a message saying I should authorize cookies in my browser (which I already have!). I never manage to pass this point and, therefore, cannot manage my account!! the funds are there and I can't do anything.

To all the potential clients! Run away from them! They lie all the time, they promise things that won’t happen. This company is a joke! And they will try steal your money. In my case every negative review from TRUSTPILOT got confirmed. Run away!

And you know what? Today there is no rejection regarding to spam. But there is message saying „We were unable to identify the origin of your request, so your message is not supported.”
Considering that last time you have made some moves not after emails but after TRUSTPILOT review please pass the info to the right person. Client number 02000010791
And please note that this is the last message from me, I won’t waste any more time for stupid messages with you that don’t mean nothing. I want my money back or I will take legal steps against you.

After contacting my lawyer I have some information for you.
Due to the fact that you feel for returning initial deposit (confirmed in last email from you) and you having all the information needed to make the return (double confirmed IBAN for the return) and your words from last email declaring return of money mid-week at the latest.
I demand returning the initial deposit of 701 euros to my account LT223250076107998538 as soon as possible. I demand sending me confirmation of the transfer by the end of tomorrow. If you won’t stand up to your own words I will file charges through Polish court and also file suspicion of fraud at local police station attaching all the conversations made with Olky support via email.
I won’t tolerate any extension in time or form anymore.
To say that in simple words I am sick and tired of your lack of action supporting your words, long waiting for responses and feeling like I’m being scammed. I won’t let you do that any longer.

I opened an account with OlkyPay two weeks ago, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite multiple attempts to get my account verified, I am still waiting. Currently, I have €300 stuck in my account, and there's no way to access or use these funds.
I have sent two emails to their support team, hoping for some assistance or at least an acknowledgment, but I have received absolutely no response. Their customer support is practically non-existent.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend OlkyPay as a reliable neo-bank. The lack of communication and the delay in account verification are unacceptable.

You have to deposit the opening fee before they even decide they will open your account or not. I deposited the opening fee and after asking crazy amount of information and documentation through NOT ENCRYPTED EMAILS they sent me an invoice with all the money I deposited in my olky account. They took ALL my money and they said sorry we can't open for you an account and we will keep all the money as ( hourly research time ).
They are definitely scammers and I am very glad they won't board me in, because with their way of processing data through non encrypted emails and stealing clients money, i wouldn't trust them with my company funds anyway.

From the first day I said that I need your bill for the sepa debit direct service.

I had requested an account with SDD B2B. It took them about 25 days to open the account and they asked for the same documentation that the banks ask for and they responded in longer than the banks. After 25 days they decided to just open the account without the SDD. Too much time for a fintech.
Second step.
Attention to all probable new customers. I asked support via email to close the account. They replied that they cannot do it by email but I have to send a registered letter, because it is written in their Terms and Conditions. Worse than traditional banks.

Soyez très prudent avec cette pseudo "banque", nous avons demandé l'ouverture d'un compte société fin octobre 2023 pour une startup fraichement créée. Après avoir envoyé tous les documents en notre possession ainsi que 1000 euros sur un compte provisoire pour respecter leur processus d'ouverture, à ce jour notre compte n'est pas ouvert et ils n'ont pas répondu à nos emails de relance depuis plusieurs mois pour nous restituer notre argent et clôturer notre demande actuelle. Nous sommes le 11 juin 2024 ! C'est juste scandaleux.
Be very careful with this pseudo "bank", we have requested a company bank account at the end of October 2023 for a newly created startup. After sending a ton of documents plus 1000 euros to a provisional account to respect their opening process, to date our account is not open and they have not responded to our reminder emails for several months to refund us our money and close our current request. We are in June 11, 2024. It's just a scam and scandalous.

This is a scam, after your application is submitted you are asked to pay 700€ so they can continue. I told them that I will not open an account then but they continue sending me reminders about this "outstanding payment" without a chance to stop the mailing. Save your time and don´t even try to open an account here.
