Do your homework before you use this site. I think the sale prices are a scam to draw people in.

Jumpers in online advertising do not bear reseblence to articles supplied. DO NOT BE FOOLED by this website. They know they supply cheaply made CHINESE MANUFACTURED CLOTHING but hide behind their "MUST RETURN TO CHINA AT CUSTOMERS COST" even though the articles are they send out are worthless. BUYER BEWARE. AVOID AT YOUR COST!!!!!!!!

At first, I was hesitant because of some mixed reviews, but my experience was genuinely great. I ordered a jacket from them, and it arrived exactly as described—high-quality, stylish, and on time. Absolute garbage. Avoid like the plague. Can’t even use the material if dress I ordered as a floor cloth or duster it’s such poor quality.

I spent £80 on two items and they are cheap and bad looking. I am liaising with them to get a refund. Depending on the outcome I will update this review. Update: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- IT IS A SCAM. After several emails insisting on asking for a refund they stopped responding. I wish ai had read the reviews before buying from this company.

Scam company, poor quality, I emailed requesting the return address and my refund nearly a week ago and delaying with back and forth and now told me the returns policy is complicated and they will offer me 20% refund DO NOT USE

I would have put zerostars but nit an option. This is a scam company so going to trading standards and a lawyer. DO NOT ORDER THE QUALITY IS TERRIBLE AND CANNOT RETURN SO RIP YOU OFF. DO NOT ORDER - they DO NOT offer returns. I purchased the Plush Jacket at £39.95 and it claims to keep you warm, the material is paper thin. There website also states a risk-free 30 day money back guarantee if you are not satisfied and gives you an email address. They messaged back saying the returns is in Asia and you need to pay for the return. I agreed and asked for the return address and they did not provide it and said they can only offer a 10% refund. I advised them that I do not wish to keep the item and that they have falsely advertised it. This company did not resolve the issue and are a scam. The reviews on there own website are fake and they do not offer free returns, a refund or good quality clothing. It's cheap, poorly designed and will be a complete waste of money and your time.

1 is complementary- similar experience to those below. Dreadful quality, dread to think of the production line and staff treatment. Directed to the returns policy which implies multiple sites to return goods too. Appears not - just Asia. If you scroll right to the bottom buyer must pay costs. Offered token 20% refund and to keep it. Such a waste an environmental polluter. Product has such bad measurements I’d be surprised if it would fit anyone! Avoid at all costs.

Ordered a dress in a size bigger than I normally am just incase and I couldn’t even get it on! Must’ve been about 3 sizes smaller. Do not order from here, they send you faulty products and then when you try to return they never answer you with an address. They ordered me a 10% refund and I could keep the dress lol, a dress that doesn’t fit me. I said no and they said well you’ll have to pay for shipping to return to Asia. Avoid at all costs

Do not order from this company. A jacket I purchased arrived - very poor quality and the sleeve length was 5cms shorter than stated on the website so the item is unwearable and ridiculously short sleeves. Tried to get in touch with them for a refund and after one initial email from them they are now completely ignoring me. The website leads you to believe it is UK based but returns have to be sent to China at your own cost (a very hidden detail).

Sadly unable to give a zero star rating, this scam company deserve. I received a jacket that was far too big. I wanted simply to exchange for a smaller size. I requested a return label or address to return this item as it states free returns on exchanges, not the case. The company is in Asia not UK. You have to pay the cost of returns to some place in Asia, unfortunately after multiple emails I failed to get an address of any kind. I am now stuck with a jacket I cannot possibly wear.
