DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could give zero stars I would!! Quality is absolute rubbish. My jacket described as 'plush' you could blow your nose on it and it would be soaked. Hood too small, doesn't cover head!! Zip you can tell from first use will break after a couple of wears. To return item is going to cost me £4 less than what I paid for it. Please don't waste your money buying anything from this company.

Items are terrible quality, trying to get a response so I can return but they offered just a small discount instead. Told them I don't want a blooming discount, I want to return for a refund, now they're not responding at all.

Unsure how to proceed, but looks like I've fallen for a shoddy scam and feel foolish (and poor!) after paying for a jacket that is absolute RUBBISH :0(

Absolutely 100% STAY AWAY from this company!!!! They are taking everyone for a ride with false advertising. The products are very inferior, cheap and nasty to say the least and all returns are for your account back to Asia. They use TrustPilot’s famous ‘green stars’ on their website to list fake reviews and I can’t believe I fell for it!

The company sent items that bore no resemblance to that on the website and then refused to offer a full refund, absolute joke

Like others, they are refusing to accept returns by instead delaying bg offering 10% refund and other such wholly unsatisfactory answers.

Their clothes are made in Asia somewhere and the sizing is off. In this case the arms were too short for a jacket. Avoid this company you will not love the quality, the fit and you certainly won't be able to return it.

Trying to return items and keep getting the same automated response offering a 20% refund instead of details of where to send to receive a full refund.
Wish I never bought from here.

If I could rate this a 0 I would. Do not order from this company. Complete scam. Outfit arrived 3 weeks later than ordered, faulty with no hole for the button to fasten into and poor poor quality fabric. I asked for a refund and for them to cover the shipping costs as it was a faulty product and they told me I could just make a hole in the clothes myself for the button!! They then said I have to pay for a refund and for the return shipping costs. Awful fake company, do not order from them.

AWFUL! Took so long to arrive and then when I want to return the items they do not allow returns even though they clearly advertise they do within 30 days of purchase. Have emailed customer service and they keep fobbing you off with 10% discount on your items instead of the return instructions. They then do not reply with the return address so you can’t get any money back. DO NOT PURCHASE

Dress never turned up .emailed they said as it's weekend they will.look into it .just received emails I transit .and out for delivery. But no dress arrived.so lost money and have to buy Christmas party dress else where now .very disappointed will not be buying on these Instagram and Facebook websites again never heard from them again either very disappointed feel like I've been scammed .

Massive scam. Ordered two items, received but both had stitching broken. Contacted company, after sending photos and them committed to getting back to me to find resolution I chased 5 days later, just to get a "mail undelivered, mail address is no longer in service" - they've done a typical scam and disappeared!

Waited weeks on the order and was so disappointed with the goods , kind of knew it took so long to come. What was delivered was a total waste of hard earned money. Avoid if you can!!

I ordered before reading reviews which I regret. Once I checked the reviews I tried to cancel my order (within 2 days of ordering) but the company refused despite it looking like nothing had changed with the order in that time. Fine - their website states no cancels (not sure why). Had over 2 week wait for the delivery and the quality is very poor for the price. I order the LUCY - PLUSH JACKET
which has a picture of a woman outside in what looks like winter. I don't think this jacket will keep you warm in the evening of a summer day in the UK. I imagine I will be spending most of the order cost to return it now.

Really wish I'd checked trustpilot before I ordered the Lucy Plush jacket as all these reviews say it for me. Jacket is bad quality, zip doesn't work. No return slip or return policy on order. Tried to contact through website, had no response. Now looks like return costs more than refund. Waste of money.

This is NOT a London based company; you pay an Italian company and the item is shipped from China! It takes an age to get here; 13 days in my experience.
The Lucy plush jacket is flat as a pancake and of extremely cheap/poor quality. Not at all fit for purpose!
This was meant to be a birthday gift but instead is a birthday disappointment.

Vile company - clothes are horrendous quality and they make it impossible to return, repeatedly offering stupid partial refunds/discounts and they ask you to “consider gifting to someone”

I was so excited to receive my jacket.
It arrived today after a 3 week wait. The quality is truly horrible. It’s nothing like the website and so thin, such poor quality and roughly made!!
I will never order anything again from here. What a waste of money. Returns are to Asia at own expense. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful - quality of clothes totally shocking. I'm now having to return two items I spent £50 back to Asia and as they want the parcel tracked, will cost me a bit. However, not heard back from them today regarding their return address. Anyone who managed to get their return address, please share on here!

Would give zero stars if I could! Items took three weeks to arrive and absolutely awful quality, look nothing like website. Nine days from me asking to return to getting an address. Cost more than £30 to return at my cost then they are saying 3-4 weeks for refund! Absolute scam avoid at all costs!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE

Item took ages to arrive.
I am now trying to request a refund but they are not providing me with a returns address after I keep on requesting. They just keep offering me discounts which I do not want when I don't want the item

Worst purchase returns are to Asia over £25 to post no help regarding it so a waste of money
