Bought a pair of wedge sandals - supposedly with adjustable straps as advertised (they are not!) Supposedly on sale from £114 to £56 - absolute rip-OFF! Had to wait weeks for them to arrive and when they did - shocking! A cheap and nasty plasticy product. Definitely nowhere near worth £56 - let alone £114! If I had seen these on a market stall, I would have paid - at most - a tenner for them. Feel totally ripped off…

Appalling company. Bought a jacket from an advert that popped up (I know). £50 for what looked like a lovely padded striped jacket. It turned up with a big slash down the front and it wasn’t padded. Quality was shocking. Company weren’t interested. Wouldn’t consider refund. Just kept offering me 10% back. When I commented on a social media post they deleted my comments and blocked me. So I am £50 down with a crap jacket that has a rip in it. Through no fault of my own.

PLEASE AVOID - AWFUL CLOTHES. I ordered 4 items totally £120. Expecting reasonable quality at that price, I would have been disappointed if they had cost a fiver! I am trying to arrange a return. So far they have offered me a 10% discount. COMPLETE JOKE AND SCAM!!!

Absolutely disgusting company with poor quality clothes, ordered in October and have only just got a refund in Feb (not even sent the full amount). Kept offering me a discount to keep the clothes but I was adamant I wanted my full money back as the clothes weren’t nice at all. See through fabric and just not nice material. I paid £24 for return so I could get full refund and they still deducted £30 odd off my refund as they claim they have to pay custom fee’s which I know I paid for as part of my £24. Don’t be fooled by the Uk part of their website because they aren’t

I agree one star is too much for this company. I saw this company on Facebook and as it was a co.uk address I assumed it was British. The clothes are nothing like the pictures really poor quality, I ordered a padded jacket which looked more like a shell suit and the colours were completely different.
I requested a refund and it took 4 emails to get a returned address after being offered various discounts to keep the garments and regift, I would not wear these why would I give them to anyone else’s!
I had to pay returns and tracking which was £50, I was dubious as the return address was a persons name not the so called company. After these were returned I was informed that taxes had to be paid on them, therefore they were deducting an additional £29 from me, I emailed and requested evidence of this which surprise surprise never came.
Terrible, rip off, poor quality non English company. Do not use!!

I ordered a jumper for my wife for Xmas, arrived damaged but above all it didn't look nowhere near close to the one in their website, I contacted them, they offered first a 30% discount, then 50% and even 70%, but I only wanted full refund.

I ended up opening a case on Paypal, you are always protected with them, it took a month but eventually I received a full refund, as Paypal closed the case on my favour.

I suspect this chinese business get the pictures from somewhere else and produce similar/ish looking items, also they keep changing the name on the web site, from Olivia Oliver to Atelier Cannes now

1 star too many. I ordered a jacket which arrived but the quality was not as presented on ad and the zip didn't work. Requested a refund and informed of the policy re the costs of postage to South Asia swapped be incurred. I challenged the policy by email and was told I could receive 40% refund or incur charges for posting for full refund or order an item from website. This was in November 2024 so I ordered an item which has never turned up. I therefore requested full refund in light of additional frustrations and they have re suggested the same deal. I will request another item but have no faith that anything will show up. Have consulted trading standards. Surely this company are breaking trading laws.

I brought a dress from here (£40) when it arrived it was nothing like it pictured - there were significant differences. I asked for a refund, the company have avoided refunding despite UK law - they offered 20% etc. I asked three times for a return shipping address and paid for return shipping at my own cost (which was fine - I understood that). The parcel has since been lost - I suspect it was a false address or it was not signed for at the other side so it can't be traced so just ends up being deemed "lost".

Please do not buy from here, the items are substandard and not worth the money.

I previously left a review about how awful my purchase was. Now This is an update. The item was returned at my own expense as the company would not honour a full refund unless it is shipped back at my own expense. Should have known better. It cost me £25.00 to post back. In total witht he dress cost that is £65.00 I have spent. It is now January I havent received a refund. I checked my tracking at item arrived on the 9th January and was not picked up by the seller. I contacted the seller and their response was that it has arrived and there are taxes to pay which they will not cover and if I cover the taxes they will refund or I can have a 40% discount. Not only did I have to pay £25.00 to return (which I was happy to do just so they could refund out of principal not other reason) now they have found taxes as an excuse. On the tracking it does not even mention that there are taxes it just says arrived! Neither did they mention that taxes should be paid by the purchaser

Same experience as others. Eventually have been offered full refund but have to pay postage for return. I don't trust them to give me full refund even if they paid for return. I'm reporting them to trading standards perhaps all if us should do this? Otherwise they'll keep scamming others. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The MOST AWFUL PURCHASE I have ever done in my life! Horrible costumer service, horrible HORRIBLE HORRRIBLEEEEE clothing, quality sucks and on top of that, I have to pay to send it back to China or get 30% back. What a freaking joke. DONT DO IT

Ordered a jacket a month ago. Unfortunately read the negative reviews too late and when I tried to cancel my order they said it was too late as my order had been shipped. Order placed November 15th, tried cancelling November 23rd. Order shipped December 19th. What a joke. Jacket delivered today. Never seen such rubbish in all my life. Please avoid.

Like what everyone else has said do not order from this company. Poor quality item, nothing like what the picture was. Arms on the jacket were odd, just didn’t sit right and I couldn’t lift my arms up!

Refund process is a joke, you have to return to China, which costs over £14 and we had multiple email contact, where they clearly don’t want the rubbish items back.

Looks as though it’s a UK based company, but it’s not! Be warned and avoid at all costs.

Do not order on that website! The fabrics are poorest quality I have ever seen.The COAT fabric is see through. No tags, no brand. They are not based in UK. If you want the refund you have to sent the goods to Asia!!! The coat cost me on sale £39.99 the real price was over £80. I would not pay a penny for it.!What a disappointment.

Do not buy from here, the items are very poor quality and do not look like the website. All their reviews on there must be fake. I will take up a case with paypal to get a refund. They offer you to post back the items abroad which is at your cost. Or offer an exchange, which you have to pay international postage for, or a 30% refund which never materialises. Do not bother.

It clearly stated free returns but you pay for postage. I tried to return and they’ve repeatedly refused and offered me 10% off another item. The quality is shocking! It’s based in Asia, I’ve now lost my money, can’t return and stuck with an awful dress that was missold to me. The trustpilot ratings on their website shows website are fake! Iv you google you’ll see they’ve scanned many people. I’ll be reporting them to trading standards! I can’t believe so many people have complained and they’re still operating!

Fuming is an Understatement!!

This company is awful.
1. They are masquerading as a UK company. They have a UK web address and a UK email, but they are Chinese and are based in China.
2. Delivery takes a month because they're based in China.
3. The clothes don't look anything like the photos.
4. Terrible return policy. Mine arrived with a rip in the coat and they insist I pay £20 to return the coat back to China. The coat cost £39.00. I've sent them 10 emails going back and forth. They did what all chinese sellers do. They offered for me to keep the coat and they would give me a 10% refund and on it went. I've opened a case with PayPal and I hope I get a full refund.
I wish I'd looked at reviews for this company before ordering, because every single review is bad.

Update. I won the PayPal case and got a full refund.

AWFUL company. Really wish I had read the reviews before hand. Bought a coat XL (I’m size 14) and it wouldn’t even fit my daughter who’s a size 10! Refused to refund in full and they wanted to charge me £15 for post and packaging to return the item back to them! Do not order from here. Rubbish quality. Shocking sizing. Appalling customer service.

Do yourself a favour and avoid this company as the plague. They are not a uk based company which means they do not accommodate you when something is faulty or incorrect. More to the point their products are absolutely appalling - the quality is so bad! It looks fabulous on their webpage but trust me their items are made in China and such low quality you wouldn't even want to fill up the bin with it! I complained and they offered me 20% 35% 10% 30% off and even offered me to gove it to a loved one ( !) or and keep it and choose any item i wanted if I just kept it. It’s so bad I had to raise a complaint with my bank to get my money back. Please do not get fooled!
