Good service, as described, reasonable turnaround

Never dealt with them before - but I found them extremely helpful and courteous throughout . Did a 100% job - what more can anyone want ?. A decent honest company with an 'old fashioned' proper approach to satisfaction customer from first to last !!

I've had my jacket re-waxed by Oily Jack twice now. Both times, the service has been nothing but professional and efficient. Timescales are clearly communicated, normally the jacket is returned early with an excellent finish. Would recommend to anyone. A much better alternative than Barbour's in-house rewax service which is normally slow.

My longline Dryzabone is now as good as new. Great service!

A company who have a professional waxing/refresh service - they are passionate about all branded wax garments.
They delivered my biker jacket fully re-waxed and refreshed the wool tartan lining.

I had been looking for a while for someone to re-oil my Drizabone coat, which had stopped being waterproof. I was really happy to find Oily Jacks in Westerham, they did a fabulous job with it (and a Barbour that needed rewaxing too) - so good to have a couple of old favourites up and working again.

The jacket is rejuvenated! It looks great.
I will definitely use Oily Jack again.

The only wrinkle was not the fault of Oily Jack. The 48hr postal return took 72 hours which is down to Royal Mail. It might be worth looking at other delivery services.

I am so chuffed with my vintage Barbour jacket repair and waxing. I asked for a number of repairs but oily jack noticed other small items which they dealt with at no extra cost. The jacket looks superb I’m very happy, thank you oily jacket.

I received my jacket back this weekend, I actually made the pilgrimage to the store which is fantastic and beautifully designed. It was well worth going in. My jacket is 25 years old, and looked very tired, but after the repairs looks fantastic. I will be taking it back in the future and recommending to friends and family. I think what they charge is very reasonable for what I got.

Great quality work. A bit pricey but it’s a jacket with sentimental value so worth doing properly.

Second time my Belstaff jacket has been waxed by Oily Jack. The work is great, perfectly finished. This time I has some repair work too, which was priced well and looks like it was part of the original finish.

I was looking for a way to restore my father's 60 year old U.S. Navy flight jacket, so I could pass it on to my son, when I serendipitously came across Oily Jack. The jacket was stiff and covered with mold as it had been kept for many years in an outdoor wardrobe in humid Florida. Ashley and his team appreciated the jacket's historical and sentimental value and assured me that they could greatly improve its condition. Wisely, they didn't promise to make the jacket 'as new' but it's pretty close and I am totally delighted with the results! Everyone at Oily Jack has provided a wonderful service, from emails and phone calls to discuss the process, timing, and desired results to a super efficient system to collect and transport the jacket to and from the workshop.
