Friendly, customer focussed service


Email queries are answered promptly, and follow up phone calls work seamlessly, regardless of whether the phone is answered by the originator of the email or not. I always feel that I am a valued customer and all office and delivery staff are competent and friendly.

Fantastic service

I just wanted to thank Carol and all the staff at Oilmaxx Raglan (Oilfast). I messaged on Sunday that I had run out of heating oil and Carol called me back on Sunday afternoon and arranged a delivery Monday morning. I have been with Oilmaxx for over 10 years and have always had fantastic service, I would highly recommend them

Highly recommend

First time ordering heating oil. The arrangements were made efficiently by a very professional sounding gentleman.
The price was the best /cheapest, delivery was within 3 working days and the Driver was good with instructions and very friendly.
I cannot fault and will definitely be re-ordering. Thank you.

Great service

Always competitive in prices for domestic fuel oil. Friendly office staff who are always happy to help with any queries and return your call promptly.

Helpful office staff and courteous…

Helpful office staff and courteous delivery drivers all from the Inverness depot. Never have to wait any time for oil to be delivered and on occasions I have received it on the same day as ordering it. Excellent service
