Excellent Service

Jane Ewing is superb. Her customer service is outstanding and the drivers are also wonderful getting the oil to all my oil group members no matter the weather, even in the recent storm. I have a lot of elderly people in the group and they are always grateful for the excellent service provided by Oilfast.

They really do deliver fast at reasonable/best deal
And if you run out you can buy plastic 5 litre tanks frim the office to see you through
Brilliant friendly snd appatrntly avleays available / phoned them middle of night by mistake .. they could not have been nicer

1000 litres ordered on 2nd January with…

1000 litres ordered on 2nd January with a forecast delivery of 3 days. I left two messages asking for a call back. Response was that my address is inaccessible to a four wheel tanker and that an extra fee will be charged for delivery on a small vehicle. Although we live in a remote area, we are regularly visited by other vehicles including large garbage trucks and other oil suppliers.

Ordered oil in 30th December 2024 and…

Ordered oil in 30th December 2024 and still not delivered 14th January 2025 😂 oil fast ain’t so fast. Hope i will get it soon and definitely searching for better companies! I called them few times and they just don’t care

Great service

Very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The drivers are always very considerate and respectful. Deliveries are prompt too.

Great service but having to guess how…

Great service but having to guess how much domestic oil to order and having to pay upfront is a pain. Would prefer just to fill tank and be invoiced just like electricity or gas. Will continue to shop around until I find a company that can accommodate.
