I went to Southport Flower Show with no intention of changing my energy supplier but the gentleman by the name of Kevin convinced me that I should ! After showing me the saving and the fixed tariff I decided to change from Scottish power and British Gas ! There was no pressure , just honest proof I was doing the correct thing ! Please pass on my thanks to Kevin for a job well done !

I have recently had correspondence with Octopus in regards to a deceased member of the family. The compassion and empathy on part of the staff has been great. I have been dealing with Zehra and she has sorted everything out for me.

Nathan was able to help register my EV charger - giving me help with the the process and correcting my mileage to within tolerance

Simona handled my problem quickly and efficiently.

After a fairly short wait calling the helpline I was greeted by Danielle who helped set up my direct debit and answer the various questions I had with efficiency and confidence. Within a short space of time my app had been updated with my new address and details of the account. I have used Octopus before and am glad to be back with them directly.

Great friendly informative member of staff

I overpaid by £900.00! Contacted Tyler who arranged a refund. I was a bit surprised when I was told that the refund would take 5-10 days. Delighted to respond that refund arrived in 48 hours.

I was connected to an adviser immediately. No queue and no menu to select press this one or that.
The adviser, Lesa was very helpful and friendly and we quickly and efficiently processed my account.

Mbalenhle was extremely helpful and after several failed calls / emails to Octopus to get my bill fixed, she identified an error in the meter reading input by a previous agent, corrected this and rebilled me. Excellent service after a stressful few weeks that almost had us switching supplier
