I have been with Octopus Ernergy for many years and over those years I have always has a first class service from the staff at Octopus Energy. Nothiing is to much for them.
trouble them if I have a problem.
You speak to a real person and not a Robot.
They are very polite and attentive when you have a query. First class service always. Today I spoke to a lady called Nelisha about having a smart meter fitted.
She arranged for a date and time of when it would be fitted. Once again a first class service.
she was very polite and helfull.

My call was about a switch. It was handled quickly in a friendly and professional manner. I didn’t have much time, and the operator was very helpful and approachable throughout! Thank you

Customer care is always really helpful in responding to and helping to resolve queries that are raised. Being able to email also makes it much easier than having to try and find a time to call within set working hours

So nice and calm on the phone. Josh was great and helped me with my queries.

I went to Southport Flower Show with no intention of changing my energy supplier but the gentleman by the name of Kevin convinced me that I should ! After showing me the saving and the fixed tariff I decided to change from Scottish power and British Gas ! There was no pressure , just honest proof I was doing the correct thing ! Please pass on my thanks to Kevin for a job well done !
