Hi good evening. I registered my supply both electricity and gas from EDF and the lady was very helpful at Brent Cross where you have a stand and the lady‘s name was Olivia. She was very helpful with everything that she did to enable the transfer to take place.

I'm on my second ombarsman compliant. Absolutely useless. They use every tactic in the book to put off doing anything about fixing my timing meter while, I'm still over paying for my electric. Yet they still keep putting the price up.
