The bed service you can get from a gas company

I phoned to ask if l was on the right tariff, which l was, l also asked if l could pay more each month on my bill as l'm so worried & just couldn't go through another winter with out much warmth again the lady was so kind & helpful, asked about my health
She was wonderful, brilliant when people listen to you
I am now waiting for my electric blanket with greatful thanks

At short notice

At short notice, we had to cancel a smart meter replacement appointment made months ago. Terishka very quickly sorted out a new appointment, with not the slightest hint that we had caused a problem.

Excellent service

I met Conner Dominey in Southampton on Saturday afternoon and enquired with him about changing from my current provider to yourselves. Conner told quoted a deal with me that I was very happy with & I’ll be joining you from the 17th June.

Quick and Easy to switch

Spoke to Kristian today regarding switching my Gas from my previous supplier and setting up a fixed rate for both Gas and Electric. it was done in minutes and the price was very competitive and better than what my old supplier was offering. That's how easy it was. Great Service as always
