Fast delivery, excellent customer service

Very helpful and quick to answer email enquiry. Advised on correct part number needed, easy to order and pay for, and was received next day delivery. Highly recommended.

Great service had to wait a bit for delivery but it came in the end.

Excellent service from Oakley's and their courier APC , good tracking information and delivered within the time slot as advised.
I would definitely use Oakley's again for spare parts.

They identified the correct part for us and we got the goods 3 days before estimated time.

Beware worst online buying experience in 36 years of business.
Bought Scag parts costing £204 and then found out the actual rrp from Scag was £35 cheaper, bought the same items cheaper from local scag dealer and returned the items stating I'd like a refund only for them to arrive back few days later.
Oakleys then got parts collected and after a week had past I had to chase my refund but only half the order was refunded, again I had to chase them for full refund but they have refused to refund the original shipping costs which is against distance selling regulations which will be dealt with by trading standards and my credit card company.

I recently ordered a Stiga product

I recently ordered a Stiga product which I needed ASAP. I ordered on line and received a carefully worded response which essentially ment if we have it stock it will be with you soon or if it is out of stock we’ll let you know when it’s back in store. I took no notice on the assumption a store would be honest from the start and simply advise a product is out of stock, timescales and asking the customer if they wished to wait! Of course they didn’t. I sat waiting, eventually the situation became clear. I chased my order having seen on line the same product cheaper with a lower delivery charge. The delivery charge was advised as an overnight service which failed as the first notification was rescinded and a second created 24hr later. My view is be wary of this type of sales tactic and research your product more carefully I clearly did not. As an online provider I would not be inclined to use this companies services in future but this is only my personal view. Always be competitive and be honest! Finally on a good note the product was as expected and no issues to raise. Mr Gill

Great item and communication from Ross was excellent

I was told my delivery was dropped off but i still have not received my order , it was delivered else where . I have sent an email to Oakleys garden machinery but i am still waiting on reply and refund . Very poor service by both courier and Oakleys .

Terrible company do not use. Can’t get hold of them. Courier apc are useless
Can’t speak to a human. Don’t reply to emails or phone calls. I shall never use this company ever again and strongly advise to steer clear.
