Sold me a faulty camera then evaded any comms. So I looked up the address this is not a shop it's run from a garage, there is absolutely no support. In my opinion it seems like he is selling factory seconds

Firstly would like to mention - Return address is not our wharehouse - Its a office where we keep returns entirely seperate from our stock.
We can test items there and process refunds.
Secondly - The reason this customer has left a review is becuase they sent a £30 camera back to us from Inverness on a untracked unsigned for delivery, therfore his return has got lost in-transit.
This customer has been talking to us on whatsapp every other day and we have been helpful, infact we reached out to the customer first after a week of not seeing his item back to us as we asked for the tracking and he wasn't able to provide it.
We are happy to refund or replace any faulty items, but if we never got hold of it how can we do the needfull.
We have support lines avaiable over whatsapp and landline, we also make the effort to repond to tech support out of hours.

This company does not respond to emails…
This company does not respond to emails regarding not delivering items paid for, also when trying to contact them by phone you receive a recorded message informing you that the voice mail box is full and you are disconnected automatically.
Not very good customer services at all. I resorted to contacting PayPal for there help regarding this issue.

Good range of products, with plenty of stock. Cameras ordered during the Christmas break, but the order shipped within a few days and arrived a few days after that. Highly recommended.

Paid for item not in stock, still not received 5 weeks later.
Paid for an intercom mount 5 weeks ago still not received, they called couple days after to say they didn’t get the stock but it will be coming in 2 weeks, now not answering emails and not answering the phone.
Useless shopify reseller. Quicker to go alibaba yourself.
