Ordered on the 17th April. The purchase exceeded £150 which automatically puts my items on a next working day delivery. It is now the 25th April and I still haven’t received my confirmation of shipment after 8 days of taking my money!

I bought two pairs of trousers in February; it is now April 20th and the trousers still haven't arrived. I try to contact them every time via Instagram and email, but there is little to no response, and no solution is offered. When you do contact them, they keep asking the same thing, even though contact has already been made. I am not satisfied.
