Dribb service - excellent quality and support
The Dribb service is of excellent quality and support.
The control panel is very intuitive and modern, and it works well.
My support enquiries and questions were all answered to the point and swiftly.
The staff solved my problems and followed-up to see if I was happy.

Great!
Great service! Great and fast online help. So far servers are working perfectly, so glad I changed from the other company - which was causing me so much trouble with server going down. Here no problem at all - server is always up.

Dribb are an excellent company
Dribb are an excellent company. I would recommend their services to anyone. They are always very accomodating and queries are dealt with within a matter of minutes if it's something quick, hours if something is more complex. You are not waiting days for a response. We use them for shoutcast hosting. I was hesitant at first but their reseller plans seemed to be excellent value when researching their competitors. Don't hesitate to use them. You will not be disappointed!

I am only giving 3 stars because the player code always fails and goes out on our websites and we have to go back in and do hours of work everyday all over again to get players that work properly. The service is good but the players and the direct html codes are bad. plus the players do not have a history function and even works bad on the client page... If not for the players I would give them a 5 star rating. You will be happy with this company

Dont buy for windows.
They do not give a refund after 24 hours even though the server I bought I cannot use whatsoever. I paid for a server and its just sitting there for nothing. We was told it was for windows and it was not it was for linux

We are confused, you ordered a Shoutcast stream hosting account from us, after ordering you asked if this worked on Windows, we stated yes Windows listen links are included.
You submitted a ticket to request a refund stating this does not work for what you need, but have not provided any information to us when we responded to assist you.
To be clear, OUR servers are linux, this has NO impact what so ever on what computer you are using to connect to our server, or what computer listeners use to listen to your stream, so we are very much confused regarding your Windows comments, they do not make any sense.
We still do not have any clear information from you as to what exactly is the problem.

Quick to respond to my support request, and then followed up a few days later to let me know they had discovered what caused the problem and they fixed it. Other than that incident, everything has been flawless. Very happy with Dribb.
