This company seems to have no communication between itself or just plain lies.

Service is unreliable but when questioned on it always blames customer - even when can show that it’s not my end.

Look else where if you can.

For public transparency, when you left this review I reached out to you directly via our support ticket system in the hopes of addressing your concerns without requiring me to post a public response, ticket #027023 - this ticket has received no reply from you, as such I will address your review publicly here.

You state: "This company seems to have no communication between itself or just plain lies."

I asked via support ticket, to let me know what tickets you feel there are communication issues from our side - no response from you.

However I do note, out of the 5 tickets you have created with us in 8 months (6 tickets with the one I created regarding this review), only 1 has received responses from you, the rest you don't respond to and get closed automatically due to inactivity.

You state: "Service is unreliable but when questioned on it always blames customer - even when can show that it’s not my end."

Our response: No, we do not "blame the customer" at all, you reported issues with your incoming feed; this is the connection between you and our server - not between our server and your listeners - with this we have little to no control over, due to the nature of how networking operates, your connection from your location to our data centre location routes via many locations, therefore it is impossible for us to identify an issue, we can only rule out issues at our facility - within what we control.

Now, the first thing we check are the account error logs, these are the same logs you also have access to - if your connection to our server drops we see errors such as this; "2022-09-01 05:12:07 WARN Timeout waiting for stream data" - this means our server is online and is waiting to receive data from your broadcast computer.

Second thing we check, is to see if the same issues are experienced by other live broadcast customers on the same server, because as you can imagine a network issue on the same server would impact all customers on the server - not a specific customer.

Third thing we check, if there any issues at the data centre with the network feeds; this does not specifically cause issues with incoming feeds or a single customer - however if there are networking issues at a local level the facility may route traffic to a secondary feed and some intermittent issues may be experienced, this would impact all network traffic.

Now, if our second and third come as all clear and our first indicates an issue specifically to you, all we can do is reply back to confirm that the issues appear to not be from our side - this is not "blaming the customer", this is stating a fact - stating a fact based on what is within our control as operating normally - that is not to say there may not be an issue somewhere between your connection and our location - it is however not at our facility level and unfortunately not within our control either.

It is unfortunate that you feel the way you do, however as a company we always do everything we possibly can to resolve a customers issues, but not everything is within our control and as such not everything can be resolved by us.

Hello,
The customer submitted a support ticket reporting problems with his radio stream, we tested his stream several times, each time it resulted in no problems found and a stable stream was the result we experienced, once we responded with a direct stream link and confirming that the connection was stable from our side with no issues detected, the customer responded with "seems to be good now".

Since we could not replicate the customers issue our side, nor could we find any network issues at our data centre we are unable to provide any more information.

They've been great

They've been great. Whenever there has been a problem (which is not often), they've always been right on it! The staff is helpful and friendly and the fees are very reasonable. I recommend them above all others I have done business with and all who I've seen out there.
