Fantastic, Live Customer Service
The customer service is really great with this company. I had a power outage and my filtration system stopped working. I reached out to the chat on the website and the person worked with me to figure out what was wrong with the system - I needed a new part. The chat had closed by the time my partner was able to send me our order number, so I needed to contact someone new. The new customer service person worked with the person I'd talked to earlier and was able to order me the necessary part. While I can appreciate the use of AI bots for technology, I'm very grateful that this company still directs you to an actual, live PERSON. I'm giving 5 stars for the experience - I'll see when the part arrives, whether this brings our water filtration system back up and running again.

Great experience with support starting with when I called in I spoke w Rob in support and he was able to help me understand my out of warranty options and likely fixes. I submitted my details to support and Jennifer was able to help me out right away and get me the part that I needed to get my water filter running again. I had to replace the original NuAqua system I bought because I needed the pump version of the system instead. The return process was very smooth, and I received the refund quickly. I recommend them. I was replacing all the filters in my nuaquasysrem and when I opened the UV light tube the glass was broken. I emailed the company and Jennifer responded. She very quickly responded with an email letting me know a replacement UV lamp would be sent to replace the broken one. Easiest call for a problem I have ever made.
