Increased renewal premiums
Phoned up to discuss my increased renewal price, Connor was very helpful and after a short discussion with his manager was able to reduce my monthly premium to a more suitable amount.
Definitely worth ringing up after renewal rather than blindly accepting extortionate unnecessary price increases.
