The operator investigated the problem I was experiencing with my claim and offered to call me back when he had more information. The operator called back and gave me all the information about my claim and had asked for the claim to be dealt with as a priority due to the long wait time I had experienced.

Diamond price for Bronze coverage.
Don't be fooled by the £4,000 Diamond limit. NOW Pet hides "sub-limits" in the small print that make it impossible to actually claim that amount. They capped my dog’s emergency anaesthesia at £250 (the vet charged £800+) and hospitalisation at £100. They "shaved off" over £1,000 of legitimate life-saving vet fees by claiming their own "statistical research" knows better than a real surgeon. Shady way to run an insurance business.

Update: Hello Raj, thank you for providing your details. Unfortunately I cannot locate a policy registered under your name. In general terms our Diamond policy does look to cover up to £4000 per condition per policy year, less excess and co-payment for dogs over the age of 8 and cats over the age of 10.
If the registered policy holder wishes to contact the Now Pet team to discuss this further, they can do so by calling 01922 218921, or emailing claim@nowpet.co.uk. Alternatively they can use our livechat system on our website. Our contact center is open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
If the registered policy holder would like to submit a complaint, they can do so by emailing customerresolutions@nowpet.co.uk.
