    I phoned to inform you that my pet had died. The call was handled in a sensitive manner and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Sam was friendly and knowledgeable about the process.

    Professional Service

    Conrad was able to assist me with an issue I had with renewal costs. He gave me a full explanation of why there was an increase but also helped me by being able to give me a discount so that I could stay with NOW Pet Insurance. I highly recommend Conrad as he gave me a professional service.

    Despite not being happy with the price…

    Despite not being happy with the price almost doubling due to an operation and x-rays what can you do nobody else will cover you. Increased the cover but you do not get the higher cover for the pre-existing issue.
    However customer service was very good and very efficient. I am only giving 5 stars for customer service not the price!

    Good customer service

    I received a renewal quote and phoned to check my options to increase the level of cover. Rebecca was really helpful and explained things clearly and I went ahead with a higher level of cover. Fortunately I haven't had to claim on this insurance so I can't comment on the claims process.
