Can’t adjust level due to your kid’s ability after paying the bill. The app is difficult to use. You can’t score your teacher after class and you can’t find other parent’s opinion when make a reservation for your kid.

found it impossible to book an…
found it impossible to book an available teacher over the weekend. Although the trial was on Sunday, I felt misled, as I was under the impression I could schedule a teacher for my daughter on either Saturday or Sunday. However, no teachers were available on the weekend. I've requested a refund and to cancel my subscription multiple times, but no one has responded. Honestly, I feel a bit scammed. The customer service has been very disappointing so far..

Novakid is an excellent online school for learning English. My daughter has started learning English at age of 4 with Novakid. It has been 3.5 years of learning. She can express herself more with English during lessons. I hope she can gain more confidence by speaking more. Thank you!

The class was very good and adapted to my daughter, at first she was afraid to be in a group, but in the class she was comfortable participating and answering, English is a new language for her and she makes efforts to understand sometimes looking at me to translate for her, but she feels independent and can learn new and interesting things, she also likes The way you teach through illustrations and pictures and songs. And the encouragement helps her a lot and the teacher's pleasantness.

The worst esl company
If you like to be a slave go work for them. Everything that happens is the teacher's fault. A student cancels the lesson in the middle of the night while you are sleeping, they remove health from you as if you have canceled. Student's internet doesn't work, you get the penalty because it's your internet even though everything works well on your part. They pay peanuts and now are mostly hiring Filipino teachers because they can save up some cause they're paying them even less. If you wish to cancel any lessons, you can do that 5 days before without the penalty, but if you have an emergency (I almost lost an eye), doctor's note is a must or you will be penalized. I don't think I should go on. They are a Russian company registered in the US and apparently this is how they do things in Russia. If you like to be a slave, go ahead and apply today.
