Hello Novakid family, we were hesitant to attend a trial lesson because we were worried about my daughter's shyness, but she loved the lesson with its fun activities and friendly teachers. We also witnessed the benefits of the lesson through feedback and recordings after the lesson. I recommend it to everyone 🌸

Finally my son is making a huge progress. Their teachers are super friendly and always on time. We never miss a class and we are absolutely happy to see him singing and dancing while learning English. It was such a hassle before and now he is just eager to learn.

It has been a wonderful experience for both my daughter and me. She enjoyed a lot and even we had only one trial lesson we are convinced to participate 1 year class and support team is all the available to answer your question when we need! Hope to have a efficient learning journey as committed 🙏

My son’s English has improved; he has been continuing for two terms. The teaching style is suitable for pedagogical formation, and it is clear that some of the teachers are particularly experienced in this regard. The practice is also quite useful. The only issue is that no placement test is conducted at the beginning of the course, and this aspect could be improved.

Novakid has a very successful syllabus in terms of teaching foreign language for kids. My daughter likes all lessons and her progress is unbelievable.

Very disappointed – Paid but only received a third of what I was promised

I have been a NovaKid subscriber for over two months, and during this time, I was only able to benefit from about one-third of my paid subscription due to repeated automatic class cancellations that were not my fault.

I did not cancel a single class myself, and yet, most of the classes were canceled by the system without explanation. I contacted support and asked for a fair compensation or refund, but was refused without proper justification.

This experience has been very frustrating. I trusted NovaKid with my child’s education, but I feel deeply let down. I still hope the team can reconsider my case and resolve it fairly.

I am happy to update this review if the issue is resolved, but for now, I cannot recommend NovaKid to others.

We’ve been continuing with Novakid for two years now. My child’s self-confidence has significantly improved. When we travel abroad, they are able to communicate clearly and express their needs with ease.

My daughter and I really love the Novakid app. She is 8 years old and has been attending her lessons regularly for two years. Her foreign language skills have improved incredibly well. We also really love our teacher. The homework, games, and activities within the app are very fun for my daughter.

My daughter is 4 years old and we have been using Novakid for about 6 months. We are really pleased. She can now make sentences and even translate children's books into Turkish when we read them in English. I think the regular lessons we take have a big impact. Of course, we also thank our patient and devoted teacher.
