So , here we are once again in Istanbul, and we got our rental car from Novacar , the service was great more than what we expected, we got pick up from airport and they facilitated the whole process, we got so much luggage that didn’t fit in our original car we rented and they provided us with a bigger car with no extra charge . Definitely I will recommend it and rent from here again.

Best price and service, we rent the car from Bodrum to Antalya. The return spot in Antalya isn’t in the airport but they will drive you back to the airport. Their car is well maintained, very clean has android and CarPlay. Highly recommended!!

We had a fantastic experience with customer service in Izmir, Turkey (airport branch) with Novacar. In particular Merdan was quick to respond to my concerns and fixed my problem within the hour. He communicated well and kept us up to date of what he was doing to solve our issue. We highly recommend Novacar (Wizcar) to anyone in Turkey. We hired the car for 14 days starting from Izmir and returning to Antalya. We will use them again.

Novacar Istanbul Airport gave us a great performing car to travel round Turkey for almost 3 weeks.
Absolutely no problem with the car. Whole journey was so smooth.

I recently rented a car from Novacar and I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The staff ( Sertac bey & Harun bey) were very friendly and helpful, the car was in great condition and the whole process was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Novacar to anyone in need of a reliable and hassle-free car rental service.

The worst experience in my life and twice. I rent in a lot of places in all around the world. But staff in this company hate foreigners women. First they made problems about credit card of my husband. We came from the abroad, my husband Turkish citizens, he doesn't use credit card of Turkish bank. This guy who works in Adana said that as my husband Turkish he doesn't accept card from other country. Second time I made reservations on myself, again we came in the same office. I paid all, he saw my husband, I seat in the car and he said: you have to pay for extra driver. We spent 1 hour of our time. We booked here as we see good price but don't worry in the end they will ask extra. All the time we come there are minimum 10-15 empty cars. Noone hire it. This company are liars. Don't tired yourself.

Nova Car hire from Bodrum was great experience, despite flight delays our agent Mustafa stayed on for us with a warm welcome, we were thoroughly guided through documentation and were presented with our car in shortest possible time. All the smallest scratches on the vehicle that we couldn’t see in night were impressively notified by our agent. The overall experience from receipt to return was very nice and expeditious, all services we’re promptly answered on WhatsApp chat, believe me this was way better than my UK car rental experience, we can highly recommend recommend Nova Car in the future trips to Turkey 🇹🇷.

They were very helpful, their vehicles were well-maintained and new, and the price was very affordable. Thanks for making the journey go well, especially ömür, Okan, Gürkan, Abdullah were very helpful. I will rent from novacar again next year.
