Please do not use!! You are fooled into thinking you will be receiving a proactive and professional service this is NOT the case!! All they are interested in is selling you a casket of whiskey and not your actual accounts. We are left with VAT fines, PAYE not completed meaning we miss out on our working years towards pension and generally incomplete accounts. We have now thankfully left but still left struggling to have all information for handover. DO NOT USE
Maybe Jon Hook should do as he promised rather than opening cafes and adverts for his whiskey enterprise! Even his own staff recognise the poor service being provided...

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Unbelievable poor service, and zero accountability. Failed to complete the service my company paid for even after explicitly confirming they would do it.

I sent them proof of their confirmation that would submit our fillings but they had ignored it in all correspondence.

Failed to admit they had not fulfilled the contract my business had paid them to do. Passed to my Solicitor and expect my money back soon

Woefully poor service that has only become worse over time. Avoid at all costs.

They don't notice that pension contributions haven't been paid, have messed up an employee's tax returns, and don't communicate. All round incompetent, avoid like the plague.
