My second order from these guys.i ordered guitar parts on Monday evening and they arrived today- Wednesday ! Wow that’s great service by any standards.
I could get the same parts from a few other places such as Amazon but the problem is that several of the suppliers selling through Amazon are selling what they claim are CTS pots but they are sourcing them in china which is notorious for counterfeits of these things.
Northwesterns customer service extends to clearing up any questions ya have too.

I bought a P bass body to house my superb fender Aerodyne jazz bass neck. The finish, (routing, dimensions, finish and neck pocket) were exceptional, the neck fitted like a custom made glove. I had bought a cheaper and heavier body from a large scale online music store and whilst significantly cheaper was so poorly produced and finished I threw it away.

Quality of the products and speed of delivery are excellent. I've bought a few things from NW Guitars, tuning pegs, pickups, and luthier tools. They stock quality brands and having bought items from Amazon, the quality more than makes up for the price difference.

I purchased a Mustang replacement tremolo unit for my Squire off NorthwestGuitars after recomendation. It dropped straight in and fitted perfectly. I now have a tremolo on my Mustang that returns to pitch everytime I use it unlike the one that came fitted to my Squire. I was so close to giving up on this guitar as i have tried everything to try and get the fitted one to stay in tune. I have played for about 45years now so am not a novice guitarist, this one nearly beat me though!!.
Anyway Northwest Guitars have saved the day here. I would be more than happy to gig with this guitar now, in fact i cant put it down at the moment 😊

I like jazz basses with precision necks and have purchased two necks from Northwest Guitars so far.

i dealt with kevin was helpfull all the way through i bought several bits to build a new pickgaurd and also some tonerider apex classic noisless pickups for strat i am so impresed with these well made and i think there a great sound well worth a try.

Great company for all your guitar bits and bibs. I ordered 500k pots with the orange drop and treble bleed mod. Delivery was fast and everything was well packed. You can’t go wrong with these guys. They know what they are talking about.

Flamed maple strat neck was delivered on time. What a superb product fit the body well, the flaming looks 3 dimensional a joy to play.
No issues with high frets or fret ends would definitely recommend.

Fantastic customer service. My order was mistakenly delivered by royal mail to the wrong address and Northwest Guitars re-sent me my order. 10/10 will use again and recommend.
