Can't wait for my purchase to arrive. The style and fabric and choice of colours is brilliant

I haven't received my order yet. But the store was easy to browse and I liked the options. I am leary of buying sets online, as I'm smaller on top than on the bottom, and am hoping and praying I like the fit.

Terrible quality, sizing is way off. Missed the cut off for returns despite asking for some understanding they refused. Don't go near their stuff!

So far the ads looks great so I hope that I will get what I ordered!

Some items were not true to their size so I returned 2 pairs. I was given a return label going to Italy. I returned in good faith, I paid $40 for the shipping almost half of the returned items, that was in March 2026 and up to now I have not gotten my refund. The response I got is that it arrived in the destination but they’re still tracking it down. Might have been in customs. So I’m filing a complain with the BBB. I emailed them and asked for their US location and I did not get any reply’s to where they’re located.

I found it difficult to change my order. Ie size from medium to large, also there is no indication as to what these sizes are meant to be for the UK.

The website was easy to use and I liked the details of the clothes also the photos were good too

Item arrived quickly but not great quality and far too small. Return process is too costly (half the value of the item) as international UK to Italy so not worth the effort. Not happy

Received my first order without any issues. The fabric and quality were good. However, the second order - shorts and top outfit - proved problematic from the start. The order was delayed a lot. Finally, when I received it, I was shocked. The fabric was so thin, it looked like rags. I then found out, to my dismay, about their return policy. It would cost more to return the item to Italy, than what I paid for it. I declined the return! I will give the item to charity, as I would be too embarrassed to wear it.

Buyers please be beware of this company. They hook you in with the first order, then give you poor quality and disappointment thereafter.

Easy to locate what I was after via the web having seen the advert on FB. Will comment again after I receive the items.

A great selection, spoilt for choice. I am a size 8, so hopefully the XS and S I’ve selected will be perfect. However, I’m wondering why my parcel has not been posted as yet. Thank you

I loved the range, and designs. They looked fresh and new ( not a rehash of the past years fashions)
Looking forward to catalogues of new seasons clothes, and looking forward to my order.

For some reason you say you won’t ship to the Isle of Man. The postage rate for here is pretty much the same as the UK; it’s an Island - we do a lot of internet shopping! And, you already delivered a coat to me a few years ago….please sort it out!

At the moment today 7/6/26 ordering online went smoothly. It's still to early to see how long will it take to receive the merchandise.

Very easy to order from this website. Good range of clothing at reasonable pricing. Looking forward to receiving my order and hoping the clothes are true to size. Fingers crossed.

If you might need to return a North Fashion item, DO NOT order from them. I ordered two 2-piece sets and they didn't fit. The address I was given to return them was in Puglia, Italy, and my UPS guy quoted me $350 to send them! I should have paid better attention to the reviews. Please don't make the same mistake!

I needed a pair of pants to fly a long flight that was loose and comfortable. But I ordered too small a size. They seem to run small. Will order a bigger size they were just what I need but bigger June of 26
