Terrible customer service.
I’ve been trying to return two pair of sandals that don’t fit,
No one is responding to my phone calls or emails.
I think it’s a scam website.

I ordered a pair of sandals and thought I checked out and completed my purchase but was asked again to click on check out. So when I did that, it said I was ordering 2 pairs of sandals which were the same style and color. I need emailed right back to let me them know I made a mistake and only need the one pair. I requested a return address for return and I keep getting the same email back from on why I'm returning. 3 mails have been sent and now they will not reply back to me. I will be notifying the BBB. I don't understand why they can't reply back with a return address and credit my account. I even called and left a message several times and still no response. I would never ever order from them again. I also believe they are a scam.

Please do not purchase from this company! It is a complete scam. I have purchased shoes and they sent me a lesser expensive shoe. Does not respond to emails or any kind of correspondence. Won't refund or exchange.

As far as I am concerned, a 1 review is too much for this company!
Total bull as you can NOT get through to anyone via phone OR email, I tied for 3 weeks. I paid with PayPal and sent all required info to their return email address, plus unlimited photos EVERY day. ...They still never responded till the very last day to that PayPal allows, and because I could not get the tracking number to them that day, case closed. Paypal was my only hope for return as in the last 3 1/2 weeks no one is available at their contact info

Awful. No one answers the phone. They send the same email. Waste of money. I have reported and disputed the charge with Chase because merchandise never received.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of shoes from them that were defective, horribly/cheaply made with huge ankle straps that did not fit and were smashed in transit. I emailed them 12 different times to get a return. They said to send them pictures which I did, showing proof and they still would not respond to me after that. I spent almost $70 on this pair of shoes with shipping and everything. So very upsetting!!!!

This so called company is a complete scam. Don't be fooled by the nice website and sales....like I was because I didn't go to google for reviews. My $50 loss on a pair of plastic shoes that look like they were made with a 3D printer. Zero customer service and they do not hold to their return policy, I have emailed numerous times. I have reported them to BBB and hopefully others will help put them out of business.

I just want to say that the product is not what it looks like on the website. The quality is very poor, and it doesn’t even have the brand name on it. I strongly do not recommend buying these products, it feels like a complete waste of money.

Ordered one pair of slippers, was charged and sent 2 pair. Not even the style I wanted. When tried to return, just received the same emails over and over. Send pictures and state reason. Played their game. Just kept getting the same emails. Do not trust this company. Save your time and money!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I received the wrong size shoes and tried to resolve the issue for almost a month now. no customer service. no resolution. what a sucker I am!

Terrible company. Wish I read these reviews rather than website. Terrible quality, weird fit and they won’t approve return. Plus have to pay for shipping to Italy not Denver as noted on the sales side of their site. Complete scam. First and last FB purchase for me. I should have known better.

They sent wrong size shoes been sending emails for weeks zero response to resolve this! It’s a total scam do not buy!!!! I’m going to take other action at this point! I will never order again except from a trusted retailer! Hard earned money out the door!!! Should not be 1 star!

Wish I had read the "real" reviews first. Offer 60 day "no questions asked" return policy and then continue to send the same auto reply email. Googling the addresses in CO and NY, they look fake as if maybe shipping centers or PO Box locations. And yes, sized incorrectly as well. Just don't!

Like all the reviews I just read, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Buyer beware! The shoes were $50.00+ so I thought that was reasonable for orthopedic type heels. They appeared slightly different than the picture and didn't feel good at all. I emailed and asked for a refund. They said "keep the shoes. We will send you the right ones". That was my first red flag.

Never again ....lesson learned. I don't even want to give one star.

Really bad company. The ads make the shoes look, good the description says that they are stylish & have good support. They have free shipping & say something like "full refund" or "money back guarantee." *BUT* The shoes are very cheaply made, they are about one size too small (so, not true to size). I was very disappointed. I wanted to return them for a refund... HOWEVER, when I contacted them, they said that their "warehouse is in Italy," so, although they give you free shipping when you buy from them, if you want to return something, and *if* they agree that you deserve a refund, then you have to Pay for Shipping... TO ITALY! I'm in the US. And they show their mailing address as being in Denver, Colorado. I checked all this ahead of time, so was shocked to find out you had to ship returns to Italy. Very disappointing!

Worst customer service ever!!! I inadvertently ordered 2 pairs of the same shoe and immediately tried to cancel……. Too late. When I went to customer support they said it would be easier to get another pair……..‘I said ok but was told I had to send the shoes to China….. it would have cost too much…… they have a store in Denver but no go ! They are not customer friendly !!!!!!

Less than zero. WORST COMPANY EVER.. Ordered shoes in March, got the wrong size, requested a refund immediately, sent images of the shoes to prove they have not been worn. They just say we are looking into this matter, so far nothing has been done and it's september. They are trying to wait me out, but I won't give up.

Do not order shoes, they do not honor their return policy, I sent them pics they requested almost 4 months ago they tell me to please be patient! I will never get my money back

Ordered shoes which did not fit. Requested exchange. Can only email to exchange. Kept getting response "checking with warehouse" regarding my request to exchange. Then requested flat return and refund after a week of intermittent response of "checking warehouse" message. Now I am hearing I have to ship back to China for exchange or return--"will be expensive". I don't trust them at all. Buyer BEWARE!
