Do not buy from Northend shoes. Mine arrived not the right size. Shoes cost £49.00
Not realising they had to be returned to China. Returned at a cost of £25.60.
6 times I’ve sent photos of shoes to prove not worn and return slip from post office.
They do not reply and every time I send a new email they request same information that I’ve sent 6 times.

Really wish Id read these reviews before buying.
Shoes are nothing what they look like, very poor quality.
Have emailed several times , had an initial reply but now radio silence.
I do not recommend buying anything from this company , nothing but cheap knockoffs!

I bought the Teddy Slippers and they were NOTHING as described on the website. Flimsy cheap material and not finished off properly. Just couldn't believe how bad they were. Avoid this company at all cost.

A bit of a scam. Dont buy them: crappy thin vinyl plastic straps that will probably slit and break soon after wearing them. They came from Hong Kong not the USA. Look nice but the vinyl plastic product is not good at all. Nothing like the description on Facebook Advertisement.

This company is horrible to deal with. I have been waiting weeks for a return label for an order that was completely wrong. I’ve sent emails with photos of everything they requested & still have not received any response from them. They are a bunch of thieves as I paid for products that I did not receive properly & cannot get my $ back.

Do not under any circumstances buy shoes from this website. I returned a pair of shoes for refund on July 10th 2026 via registered post. According to Royal Mail item arrived in China on July 18th. They have not teplied to my numeroys emails.
Today I teceived a message from Royal Mail stating they are aware of global Salesforce platform outage.
All sounds a bit fishy to me so best avoided.

This is for north end shoes!!!!I would not have given the one star if it would’ve let me give zero. What a rip off these shoes do not look anything like or sound like the description. They are a couple sizes too small and there is no extra room in the toe box. Customer service is giving me the runaround and not being helpful. They want descriptions of the shoes, pictures of the shoes and pictures of the packaging. Not to mention asking if they were worn one explained I received them the evening before and I’m writing the review I tried on one shoe they still want pictures. I told them don’t you know what you sent. What a deceitful lying unethical company. They hope to aggravate the customer enough and run the timeframe out, so they don’t have to give you a refund. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting.

Do not order from this company. It is a scam. They send wrong product and of lesser value than stated then will not exchange or give refund. No response if requested. This company should be banned from all ads. LIARS! LIARS! LIARS!

I wish I had read the reviews first. Would never have purchased from them. Took 5 weeks to arrive, one delivery update said the order had been cancelled. Shoes arrived, way too small and one pair was nothing like I ordered. Never ever purchase from this company.

They do not honour their refund policy at all. They sent me the wrong shoes, the shoes were way too small and were actually the wrong size. They refuse to give me a refund even though they sent the wrong shoes. Do not buy from them - I wish I had read the reviews first!!

Should be option for 0 stars....Got the most horrible shoes...started the return...and then crickets from them...returned to the return address on the site and had them returned to me...now trying round 2 of return as as stated the shoes are horrendous and despise companies that are scams

Is there a rating lower than 1 star?? Have been waiting for a 350.00 order since May. First 2 pairs of shoes arrived after 2 months and was waiting on the rest. Filed a claim with PayPal. Finally today received the rest of the order !! OMG! They do not look anything like the shoes I ordered and they are horrible quality. I am so disgusted with this company and the shady responses I received from customer service. I cancelled the claim with PayPal because it would take another 4 months to get a refund!!! Complete scam company!!!!! Buyer be very aware!!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before buying sandals. They arrived quickly but were several sizes too small. Correspondence with the company is difficult and they expect one to pay for return shipping. It took me 4 emails to get an address from them but by then I lost interest. I lodged a dispute with my bank for a refund.

I ordered shoes and ended up with shoes that was not what I ordered.. the order was done through Affirm and affirm support crappy people like them … I mailed the shoes back to the company northends but they will not respond ... and affirm will not honor the return as well and I have a slip for the whole return… after I finish off paying my Affirm account. I’m done with the Affirm.. .. I lost $100. Just found the drain… do not order from this company northends .. they just stealing money… not giving u the proper items…
