Beware!!!

I saw these really cute Croc-looking sandals on Instagram, and since I love Croc sandals, I decided to order them. Well, guess what? They are nowhere near the material, thickness, or quality of Crocs.

They look NOTHING like the shoes I ordered, and yes, I ordered two pairs. The material is extremely thin, maybe only a little thicker than a piece of paper, and it is vinyl, not leather. The wedge heel is rubber, and the overall quality is very disappointing.

Please, if you see this company advertising cute summer sandals on Instagram, do not order. In my opinion, Instagram needs to ban this company because the advertisement is misleading. There was no return slip inside the package, no clear return information, nothing.

I started to donate them to Goodwill or the Salvation Army, then had to stop and think, “If I don’t want to wear them, why would I want anyone else walking around in these hideous shoes?” I wouldn’t. So I am throwing them in the garbage where they belong.

I am sick over what I paid for two pairs. I cannot stress this enough: do not buy from NORTHEND.

False advertising. Product I bought (trainers) did not match physical photos of product advertised. SCAM AVOID

Wrong size and colour .Poor quality not at all as advertised. Unbranded and no paperwork accomany them as to how to return them if dissatisfied. Ordered on 5th May 2026 arrived 19th May which wasn't too bad if they were right. Very disappointing.

I ordered some sketchers from this website which was khaki in size 6 and I recived some awful cheap bright pink sandals in a size 4 they looked nothing like the image, DO NOT buy from here !!!!! Waste of money

This is one of the worst companies,
1:- liars
2:-dishonest
3:-instead of giving you what you order and pay for they just give you cheap rubbish,nothing like what they have in their photos
4:-unscrupulous behaviour,I started a case with PayPal and they told me to close it screen shot the closure and they would send the parcel when they told me it was on the way
5:-A month and a half to arrive and it wasn’t what we ordered
Do yourself a favour and never use this company!!!

Fell for there scam advertising comfy work croc trainers in a size 5. Waited 24 days for delivery of a size 2 cheap in the cheapest trainer ever called fashion 😭 Scam company.

If l could give them 0 l would. I ordered sandals which were advertised as SKETCHERS in Khaki Size 7¹/² & received a PINK size 38 which l think is 6. Useless. After 8 emails over 2 weeks. They finally gave me 2 options. For a full refund. 1. Return the item unworn in original package (obs), which would cost almost as much again. They couldn't guarantee it arriving & it would take several weeks & a refund would be a further 10-14 if the agreed. 2. 50% off another item. REALLY!!! WHAT A JOKE. Stay clear of this company. Just wish l'd seen these reviews before ordering.

Definitely a scam. Ordered sketcher like sandals (they were not!) in khaki but received in pink. Even tho website says they’re in CO and money back guarantee that only happens if I return them to CHINA at my cost. Or I can keep them and get a 75% coupon off another purchase and take the same risk. Have no plans to ever give them my money again. I always thought I was careful buying online but now will always take the time to check yelp, BBB, and scam sites!

I purchased sandals from Northend which were advertised asSketchers slips ons. They were not, just very cheap poor quality sandals. My recommendation to anyone looking at this company SCROLL BY don’t waste time or money on this company. I don’t if I will get my money back

Do not order. They are a scam. Ordered a pair of sneakers. Firstly put my wrong address so they went back and forth to the warehouse. Had to drive an hour and a half to get them. Secondly they were not the right size. And thirdly nothing like what I ordered. Cheap crap. They do not answer your emails and when they do they just offer 50% off next order. As if I will order from them again. Paid nearly $90 which I haven’t got to lose right now. Wish I could attach a photo to show you. Worst company ever!!!!

Like everyone else i ordered runners , what i got was rubbish , wrong size , too small and not the runners i ordered. After 4 or 5 emails the ghosted me. A total SCAM!!!

Total scam. £46 paid for sketchers which arrived and arwnt even close to being sketchers.....please dont waste your money. Mine are in the bin. Didnt even fit...i am so angry i didnt read the reviews first!!!!

I ordered Skechers sneakers under the impression they were coming from USA unfortunately not they came from china, and they were not Skechers something entirely different.
Please do not order from this site total scam !
As they have sent sneakers that I could buy on Temu for less than £7 (I paid £75 for them)and as they are not as described I’ve asked for them to pay the return postage, which they are refusing to do. I believe they should pay the postage as it’s their fault they sent goods that were not as described

Advertised as Skechers slip ons. Not Skechers!

SCAM!!! These sneakers were advertised as Sketchers slide on shoes. Instead I received some Chinese knock-offs!!! People really do have a lot of damn nerve!!

Scam.
They provide a Colorado address on their website and clearly show a CO address for returns. However, it’s a slow boat from China to receive their shoes. They are garbage quality, didn’t fit correctly (each shoe in the pair was slightly sized differently). When I asked for a return, they offer the big discount if I just keep them which is a classic product scam. The don’t fit, so I need to return them but they are forcing me to pay for shipping back to China. I sent them a screenshot of their own return page with CO address and now they are ghosting.

No customer service response! The courier they use has not updated the tracking for 3 weeks, if they are legit. There is no way to contact the courier. I do believe this is a scam website. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes. I attempted to request a different size for 2 pairs and a refund for 1. This company has ghosted me completely. I have written several emails that come back undeliverable. I have left 3 voicemails (nobody ever answers!) with never a call back. I have submitted 2 times (on their website), my concern and again NO response. This is by far the worst company to order from. Extremely subpar professionalism and customer service! I recommend you do not order from them. They are happy to take your money but don't have any ethics.
