Your clubshop order isnt held in stock as per the clubs contract so all clubshop orders take approx 4 weeks to complete as we order in and decorate. From the time of getting the quote through to collection the team at Norfolk Football were brilliant, from changing a size of an item or asking for date for collection nothing was too much trouble.

Delivery took ages and when I enquired I initially got no response which was frustrating. I then wrote again asking to cancel order as I’d had to but similar item elsewhere, and I got a helpful response explaining delay and return procedure. We decided to keep item in the end as was good quality.

All club shop customised orders can take 3-4 weeks to complete of them being in stock with our supplier. As you are aware from the email we sent you the product you ordered was out of stock so this meant you would receive your order in early January.
