Wrong colour mixing, even worse customer support

I ordered spray cans with the colour code BMW 353 “bright red”, on the website it is advertised as “original M Badge red colour”. The colour that got delivered was a bright orange one, even after sending the support crew fotos and offering to ship back the spray can on my expense, just to prove they sent the wrong colour, the support team tried to convince me the original M Colour is orange.. absolutely indredible rude, buyers beware!!

I wouldn't waste your time... And if you're buying anything electrical check the plug is actually UK 3-pin

Made a purchase of an electrical product. However it was being imported into the UK and I got a huge bill from customs. At that point it pops into my head just to check that this was a UK 3 pin plug (as I didn't realise it was being imported).
CROP don't have a telephone number you can call.. They're in the Netherlands and you have to use email.

They responded telling me it was a "standard EU plug". I replied that that was a nonsensical response because there are a variety of plugs used throughout the EU.. and the UK has been out of the EU for almost 10 years anyway!!!
So then they sent me a picture of the plug which was basically a two-pin plug.
I then stated I wanted to withdraw from the sale because the item was no good to me and they told me I would have to wait for customs to release the item back to UPS.
It took weeks...!
But.. I then began to chase the item and found that it had actually been returned to UPS by customs and UPS had actually returned it to CROP... Yet the agent from CROP was telling me that "as soon as we get it back we'll process a refund".
I took a screenshot of the tracking showing it having been delivered back to CROP.. but they seemed to be stalling and didn't know what their left hand was doing from their right.
In the end I just went to PayPal who I made the purchase through.. open a case.. and I received a full refund within about 3 days.
The CROP agent, last I messaged them, still didn't know what was going on... Doesn't matter I got my money back.

As a European company, we sell products with standard EU plugs. While we understand that the UK uses a different plug, this has always been the standard for products we distribute, even prior to the UK leaving the EU.

The UK has always been an exeption regarding plugs and electricity standards.

We completely understand that the return process was frustrating. Unfortunately, we do not have direct contact with customs, which is why the process took longer than expected, as each step required coordinating via email with UPS.

Don't order if you're in the UK, didn't arrive and no refund.

As stated in my Google review, don't order from this company if you are in the UK, sander wasn't delivered despite what crops emails told me, got told at least 20 times that they would deal with UPS to find the whereabouts of the sander, only ever replied when I chased them again and again for a refund.
Tried dealing with UPS, who wouldn't because I'm not their customer, crop are!

And crop, I know you won't refund unless the parcel is back to you, but don't short me because your delivery company haven't got it back to you, that's between you and UPS to sort out.

We would like to emphasize that we are a professional company with many years of experience in international shipping. Our website clearly states that we ship from the EU. This information is explicitly mentioned on our Shipping page and during the checkout process. It is also clearly stated that orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and VAT. It is important to note that no VAT was charged by us at the time of purchase.

We do not send fake emails or messages on behalf of UPS. Once a shipment is handed over to UPS, they are legally required to contact the recipient regarding any applicable import duties and additional charges. This communication is handled entirely by UPS.

Regarding refunds: purchase amounts are always refunded promptly and correctly. However, we do require the return shipment to be physically received by us. Once a return is received at our warehouse, the refund is automatically processed. Unfortunately, in this case, we never received the returned item.

Customer service and quality are always our top priorities, and we strive to be as transparent as possible. Beyond clearly communicating this information on our website, there is little more we can do. We therefore assume that customers review this information carefully before placing an order.

Nevertheless, we regret that this situation led to a negative experience and we appreciate all feedback, as it helps us improve our service where possible.

Don't order on this website.
Advertise fast delivery is a joke.

My package was lost on the way to me they say.
Now I wait for three weeks to get my delivery.

I called everyone but no one seems to know where it is. I asked CROP to send me my money back because I didn't get my order. They say they need to wait until UPS is done with their investigation.

Now I waited for three weeks. Don't have my order or my money. I can't work.

This is unbelievable.

I will call my national customer agency and see what they can do.

Update: Still ongoing no money no package after 4 weeks. No Update. I don't know what these people are doing.

Best site for ordering

I make order from this site and the order came before the scheduled date. The order was as described packaged in two boxes. The person on their WhatsApp was very polite and explain me everything I want to know about order - cost, shipping tracking etc. I strongly recommend this site because they were very professional. They are example of how should everyone work. If I need something else to buy this is my first online shop where I will look.

Rip off

If you are in the United Kingdom, DO NOT order from this company. Their shipper UPS charged me a £61 processing fee on top of the usual government taxes of £40 for a small order. If you are a UK buyer, your order will end up costing you far more than it would from even the most expensive domestic supplier. AVOID THIS SELLER

*** DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR REPLY, it is nonsense. I was charged £101 on a very small order. Only £40 of that was government charges. The rest (£61) was UPS handling fees. Do a web search on unreasonable handling charges made by UPS and you will see they are famous for it. Their reply should tell you not to buy from CROP because they have no interest in preventing their customers from being ripped off by their shipper. The person who wrote the reply above is almost certainly the person I dealt with. He/she does not read or understand what is written. They just cut and paste the same unthinking, patronising reply. I regularly order from EU suppliers and know exactly what to expect with import charges. Make no mistake, I was ripped off this time. I advise you not to order from CROP.

That is not true.Import costs are charges that may apply when goods are shipped from one country to another. These costs are not the same as shipping fees. While shipping costs cover the transportation of the package, import costs include duties, customs handling fees, and taxes that the destination country may charge to allow the goods into the country.


In this case, no VAT (Value Added Tax) was paid at the time of purchase, which means the customs authorities in the destination country may charge VAT upon import. These are standard procedures for international shipments and are separate from the original shipping fee you paid.

£300 spent, no product, no refund. 100% rip off. ON-GOING NOW FOR 6 MONTHS

CROP DECIDED TO GO DOWN THE PATH OF PLAYING GAMES BY HAVING MY ORIGINAL REVIEW REMOVED BECAUSE I MENTIONED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATIVES FIRST NAME(RATHER THAN ADDRESS MY GENUINE COMPLAINT)

MY UPDATED REVIEW;
I placed an order for a Nilfisk E145 power wash spending £233.57 June 15th 2025 with this online retailer Crop thinking they were UK based, nothing was mentioned on their website that they’re in Netherlands and that import duties will be applicable. A day before UPS were due to make the delivery they demanded import duties to the tune of £80! I had no choice but to pay this. The power wash then arrived with an EU plug and was also dead upon arrival. I contacted Crop whom on purpose dragged their feet hoping the ’30 day retailer responsibility’ would pass where the manufacturer Nilfisk UK would step in and repair/replace this power wash. Nilfisk UK declined to intervene as Crop was not authorised to sell their products outside of Netherlands. I forwarded the email from Nilfisk to Crop whom asked for the unit back. This was sent back to Crop whom received this back 24th July 2025. I have communicated with one person in Crop whom is SECRET AGENT (I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO REMOVE HIS FIRST NAME VIA CROP’S APPEAL WITH TRUSTPILOT). SECRET AGENT claims that they hold the highest standards in customer care!! I heard nothing back and then SECRET AGENT lets me know that they have sent the power wash to Nilfisk Netherlands for evaluation.
NILFISK INFORMS CROP THAT AS I HAVE CHANGED THE EU PLUG TO UK PLUG THIS INVALIDATES THE WARRANTY!!
I was then forced to contact my bank Natwest whom after seeing the email trail refunded my money (Mastercard debit card). Crop then appealed to Mastercard stating that I had invalidated my warranty by changing the plug so Natwest then had to recharge me.
Frustrated and knowing Crop will not be addressing this problem I asked for my paid for power wash back (Aug 2025). They have ignored me since and whenever I email Crop/ SECRET AGENT I get a response from another staff member stating SECRET AGENT is away and will deal with this on his return..
IT’S NOW DECEMBER 2025, NO POWER WASH, NO REFUND AND STILL BEING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF BY CROP.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS NETHERLANDS BASED COWBOY RETAILER. THEY DO NOT OPERATE WITH THE DIGNITY AND HONOR AS UK BUSINESSES DO.
IT’S ALSO FRSUSTRATING FOR ME AS I HAD TO SAVE UP FOR THIS POWER WASH AS I DO NOT WORK AND AM COMPLETELY WHEELCHAIR BOUND. I DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION. AS THE RETAILER IS NOT BASED IN UK, BRITISH TRADING STANDARDS HAVE NO ABILITY TO GET INVOLVED.
HAPPY TO SHARE ALL EMAIL TRAILS WITH TRUST PILOT.

We received your review with some surprise and would like to provide our clarification regarding this situation.

You purchased a high-pressure cleaner from us and indicated that it was defective upon first use. In response, we immediately assisted you by discussing possible causes and solutions, hoping to resolve the issue remotely.

When this did not resolve the problem, we asked you to return the device so that we could inspect it. As a courtesy, we even covered the shipping costs.

Upon receipt and technical inspection, it was determined that a different plug had been fitted to the machine by yourself. Since we cannot verify how this modification was carried out and it constitutes a change to the product, it unfortunately falls outside the warranty terms. In this case, the damage was not caused by a product defect but by an alteration made to the device.

We believe it is important to clarify this so that there is no misunderstanding regarding our service and procedures.

Terrible service, stay clear!

Terrible service, avoid this company!

The booking process was fine and I received a confirmation and tracking details.

Tracking started in English then came through in Dutch, tried to contact company and it took a number of emails for a response.

They hadn’t sent the package properly and it had been returned to them.

No prompt in the email from them to say they would resend so I informed them how important this kit was to a job I was doing and ask how quickly they could re-send. 5-7 working days, so I asked for them to re-send.

After 3 days I had not received any tracking, then I noticed on day 4 my credit card had been refunded. No correspondence from company so I emailed again to be told that as it had been returned my card had been refunded and I would have to repurchase. No apologies. I ended up having to pay painters overtime to finish the job. Absolutely terrible service, stay clear.

Item broke hours after use. Won't honour it.

I bought a sander from these. It broke after 2 hours use when I raised it with them they asked for all types of nonsense videos photo etc. I returned the item to them they are refusing to issue a refund or replace the item. Today I find on my lawn the broken sander has been returned via UPS (no signature). I will be returning to sender. I have escalated my case to the European Consumer agency. The most unhelpful people I have ever encountered. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Nevertheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we arranged for the repair to be carried out completely free of charge, and the product was returned to you in proper working condition.

We understand that you might have preferred an exchange or refund instead. Unfortunately, this was not possible under the warranty terms, as the product had already been used. We do believe we have met our obligations by repairing the item at no cost and ensuring it was returned ready for use.

Awful customer service

Awful customer service.
I bought sandpaper. The title of the product says: sandpaper - 50 pieces.
I checked the product specifications to make it sure it was the right size etc and again it said 50 pieces.
I selected the grit, ordered 2 packs and paid. At no point in this process it says that the grit I picked was only packed per 25 pieces.
After my package arrived (with only half the amount of what I was expecting) I contacted customer support to ask what happened and where the other half of my order was.
I got a very short reply to say that it I'm wrong and that it is clearly visible on the website that it's only 25 pieces per pack.
After sending the screenshots that point out the opposite (3 different places in the check out process that say 50 pieces!) I kept just getting the same reply claiming that I'm wrong and they don't owe me anything.
It was like getting answers from a bot instead of a person.
I asked how I could then just send the product back and get a refund and only got sent the link to the return policy and process.
I would have to pay the return shipment AND I coul only get a refund of the product price. Which means losing the initial 9 euro shipment and paying over 20 euro to sent it back!
This is awful and very rude customer support. And not only that, it's misleading and wrong advertisement.
I would have never ordered this product at this price! Rude!

Edit: The fact that you adjusted your website now (removed the "50 pieces" in the title of the product) only proves even more that I'm right and that it was wrong and misleading information.
