False advertising on dispatch times. THEY DONT SHIP WEEKENDS
Ordered on a Saturday. Their website FAQ clearly states Saturday orders are dispatched Sunday with delivery to Spain in 3-4 business days. The package didn't leave their warehouse until Tuesday at the earliest, per UPS tracking. It arrived Friday, too late for what I needed it for. When I raised this, customer service told me they don't dispatch on weekends and that delivery takes 4-5 days. Neither matches what their website says. I have a Wayback Machine snapshot of their FAQ proving what was advertised at the time of purchase. They never once addressed the dispatch promise directly, every response hid behind delivery estimates being non-guaranteed, which was never the point. Almost like I was talking to AI customer support. The issue isn't that it was late. The issue is they advertise a dispatch commitment they don't honour, then gaslight you when you call it out. Other reviews say the same about poor shipping. Even the customer rep. himself acknowledged that UPS isn't the best (yet they choose to work with UPS). If you need something by a specific date, don't rely on what their website says. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

As previously explained, the delivery timeframes indicated on our website and by UPS are always estimates. In your case, the delivery remained within the timeframe communicated to you by our customer service team, based on typical UPS transit times to Spain.
Regarding the dispatch, we would like to clarify once more that this point has been addressed in our previous communication. While orders are indeed processed over the weekend, UPS does not operate or collect shipments during weekends. For this reason, although your order was prepared on Sunday, it could not physically leave our warehouse that same day.
We understand that the timing did not meet your expectations, especially given your specific need for the product. However, based on the information provided and the actual transit time, the shipment was delivered within the estimated timeframe. From our side, we are satisfied that the service was carried out as expected, although we are genuinely sorry that you do not feel the same.
Regarding our customer support, we take great pride in the level of service we provide, and this is something that is consistently reflected in the feedback from the vast majority of our customers. That said, we regret that your experience did not match those standards.

Good selection and delivery
I was after items for finishing off some paintwork on my partners 30 year old Celica as well as two other cars. The website was easy to use and there is a massive selection of items. Ordered all the parts required (prices competitive) and despite being in Europe the delivery was very quick. Managed to use most products and it has significantly improved the paintwork and removed a lot of marks. Just waiting for a better weather window to use the 2K lacquer on an area where it’s broken down!!

Miro Misleading pricing
Misleading pricing – unexpected import charges: I ordered engine oil and paid for the product and shipping, expecting the total cost to be final. However, upon delivery in the United Kingdom, I was forced to pay an additional £55.50 in import charges to UPS.
This information was not clearly stated during the purchase. The extra cost was higher than the value of the goods themselves.
This is very misleading for UK customers. I would not recommend this company unless they clearly explain all additional charges in advance.

Shipping costs only cover the transportation of the package, while import costs may include customs duties, clearance or handling fees, and taxes that the destination country charges before the goods can enter the country.
In this case, no VAT was paid at the time of purchase. Because of this, the customs authorities in the destination country may charge VAT when the shipment arrives. This is a standard procedure for international shipments and is separate from the shipping fee that was paid to us.
We clearly mention this information on our website so customers are aware that import costs may apply. However, these charges are not collected by us and are not included in the payment made during checkout.
Import costs are paid directly to your local customs authority or government. Since VAT was not charged at the time of purchase, your local customs may require you to pay VAT and possibly additional handling fees before the package can be delivered. This is a normal part of international shipping and is completely separate from the shipping costs paid to us.
Super fast shipping and excellent service
I'll be upfront — I had no idea this company was based in the Netherlands (totally my fault) until I received my receipt. My heart sank a little thinking I'd be waiting weeks for my order, but I couldn't have been more wrong. They ship via UPS 1-2 day delivery and it arrived faster than most UK-based orders I've placed. On top of that, the customer service was excellent throughout. Genuinely impressed from start to finish — 10/10 and I'll absolutely be shopping with them again.

I purchased a Wagner paint sprayer from Crop, although I knew it was coming from abroad at no time did it state that I would be paying import tax. Having complained to them they have shown that it states ‘might be charged’ I was stuck with an extra charge of £105, be aware you are likely to pay an extra 20% of your order if you buy from these people. What a disaster, never again

As mentionned on the website specificaly for the UK, all orders are shipped from the Netherlands, part of the European Union.
If you order to the United Kingdom or any other country outside the EU, please note that import duties, VAT, and any handling fees will be applied upon delivery.
These costs are not covered by us and are the responsibility of the recipient.
It is mentioned as may be charged because the website you order from is for the UK and Ireland, as you know, one part of Irelands doesn't pay import taxes as they are part of the EU, unfortunately this doesn not apply to the UK since the Brexit.
We also mention this on the website under shipping and delivery and before check out.

I was a bit dubious that the quality of the product would be as good as our usual supplier, due to the price point being so much cheaper, but was very impressed when they arrived they are excellent quality and value.

Don't order from the UK
Don't order from the UK. Delivery was very slow, customer service is very rude and dismissive. Asked for a cancellation as it was taking to long, I was told it couldn't be done which I know isn't true so I questioned this and then they magically cancelled and refused to give me a refund until they received the goods back. Can't really see how this is my issue when the company hasn't fulfilled it's delivery timelines.

We would like to clarify a few points regarding your recent order:
-We have noted that your parcel experienced a delay. This delay was unfortunately due to the transporter (UPS) and was not within our control.
-After you requested a cancellation, we informed you that it was not possible as the parcel was already in transit. The only option available was to request a return to us, after which we would have issued a full refund once the parcel was back.
-All our shipments are standard UPS deliveries. This means that we do not provide an exact delivery date, but we guarantee that parcels leave our facility the same day or the next day. Particularly with shipments to the UK, customs inspections can take variable amounts of time, making it unrealistic to provide an exact delivery date in advance.
-After the return-to-shipper request, you asked us to proceed with shipping anyway. By that point, the parcel had already been dispatched, and UPS cannot cancel shipments once customs inspection has begun.
We hope this clarifies the situation and assures you that we acted according to the procedures available to us. We value your business and your understanding in this matter.
Import duties to pay and plug that doesn't fit UK.
Prices are great and good selection of products. Be aware if ordering from the UK as you will have pay import duties. It does state this on their web site, but CROP appear well in Google searches, so it can be easily overlooked. Perhaps if their items were displayed in Euros and Pounds it would give web users a little more clarity that the site operates outside the UK?
Also electrical items wont have a UK three prong plug, so you will have to buy an adaptor.
Overall a good company, but I think it should be a little clearer that there will be import taxes to pay plus the device purchased will need adaptors to be plugged in.

Poor after care
I ordered a BigBoi pressure washer in May last year for delivery to the UK. In December it started leaking a lot from the pistol.
I contacted customer services who responded within 24 hours saying they had filed a complaint. 24 hours later they informed me that the likely cause is a worn O-ring.
They advised me that this is most likely a wear and tear issue and not covered under warranty. They sent me a link to a product that they sell for €0.57 but the shipping costs to the UK are €15.95!
I find in extraordinary that if components are likely to wear out within the fist 12 months the product would be sold with spares. We do not use it excessively, just a couple of times a month.
I have complained about the shipping costs and was informed that they have very low shipping rates!
I have also contacted the UK distributor who told me that they would send out a spare part, but as I bought it from Crop I should contact them for the after sales service! Unfortunately they do not sell them seperately in the UK!
So be wary if you are purchasing from abroad - your initial shipping costs maybe reasonable, but you'll get stung by spare parts shipping costs and warranty issues

Sent me a Sander with a two pin plug even though I’m from uk and site are heavily advertised on google when looking for a Rupes sander . Also there is a big import tax to pay so worked out to be a very expensive machine.
Very difficult to return and they weren’t willing to pay return fee for their mistake

Additionally, it is clearly stated on our website that we are based in the EU, not the UK. In the EU, we use different plugs than in the UK. You could therefore have anticipated that the plug would not fit in the UK. Fortunately, this can easily be solved with an adapter, which costs only a few pounds.
