Exorbitant hidden charges

Incredibly greedy company. I ended up paying double what trustworthy companies had offered because of hidden charges. What's worse, I still keep finding damages to my belongings. You will not pay the quote they give you - avoid at all costs.

Edit: Of course I okayed before I was made aware of the hidden charges - that's just common sense. For full disclosure, the quote for labour was £535+VAT for a full day. Yes, it ended up being a 14hr job. What did I end up paying though? £2,337. This doesn't even include the £20 booking fee or the extra £10 for 8am arrival" They will charge you every way they can - do not give your business to a greedy company like NGS.

Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback.
We are sorry for your unsatisfactory service we do apologies, if we have not been made aware of the magnitude of the house hold contents the move can be unpredictable.
We were not made aware of any issues regarding the service we provide on the day or during as our salsas member was in contact during the move and nothing was expressed.
The job you booked for was for 8 hours and it ended up being a 14 hour service to due magnitude of items.

Customers are able to hold the service at any point if they did not want to continue but the team made you aware that you have gone over your 8 hours of quoted service and you okayed them to continue.

We are sorry you had a negative experience and wish it was expressed to us directly as we had the information that the job went well even thought the time and been exceeded.
I’m regards to damages made this should have been reported to us directly and we would have delt with the matter, if you could send us in some photographic images of the damage that would be greatly appreciated.

Professional and polite

Excellent service, I would highly recommend. The staff were very professional and polite throughout. They handled our furniture and belongings with great care and moved our stuff safely. The entire process was very smooth, they made our moving experience stress free.
Would definitely use their services again!
