Fast!
I ordered a bag on Saturday. It said it would arrive on Monday, which i thought was impressive, and then it arrived the next morning! That has to be the most efficient shipping ever. The bag is brilliant aswell, cheapest place I found it.

Gear for professionals
Good service and selection of items. Quickly processed order. Checkout as a guest is not a problem which suites to me well. Reasonably priced gear. The only down side was a delivery time which is a post issue, not the shop’s problem. The trousers are of brilliant quality - you don’t expect less from a brand like 5.11.

Will take VAT/MVA/GST even if outside the EU
Take care if you order from this company if you are outside the EU, they do not remove any VAT/MVA/GST from the price.
They will charge you 25% MVA if you order from Norway, or 10% GST if you order from Australia, and keep it. Being that the company is in the UK and the items are being exported, your order should have 0% VAT. They do not pass on the MVA/GST/VAT they collect from you.
At best, this is a dishonest practice, and at worst tax fraud.
Edit: The company has reached out to me here to offer assistance, but I have already interacted with their Customer Service - Refer to Greg
