Didn’t complete the order, missing more than half of the items but took full payment. When I tried to contact the company I got an email saying they had gone into receivership even though I had just received an email before that saying the remaining items would be delivered shortly. I cannot get a refund or any communication from the company. Would not trust this company

I wish I could give less than one star! Why would you accept someone's order if you knew you weren't going to be able to fulfil? The website is still up so they might still be accepting orders as far as I can see.

Ordered item that said in stock, got email next next day to say I would not get for christmas and they would update me, emailed them 29th December for an update and was told they ceased trading, I want refund

Ordered a pair of boots, which it turned out you didn't have! They were also out of stock at the manufacturers so i had to wait nearly 4 weeks. I had to chase my order all the time to find out what was happening. Poor service, will not recommend you to anybody else or shop with you again.
