The DPD delivery was cancelled by DPD 07/12/2022
Nightgear agent (Agent2) cannot contact DPD by telephone to enquire regarding delivery 07/12/2022

Asked agent to raise a complaint, agent responds with "go to website and click Get in Touch" and "If I have any complaints I will have to send it there"

Very professional company. Perfect customer service and delivery time. I had a technical problem with payments, I sent money without order confirmation. I Snugpak Jacket Purchase
