Parcel damaged and jewellery missing. I was delivered a piece of cardboard. So disappointed.

Product good, unfortunately we had a few problems with delivery found it difficult to contact when we did it took 2 or 3 days to get a reply and the chat bot didn’t work .

I love my earrings with the little bow! They are perfect! they are very good quality and very refined! If there isn't the problem of the taxes from uk to Italy I would buy a whole collection of these wonderful jewelry :))) but I'm already thinking about my new purchase... maybe hydrangea....🥰🥰

I love the earrings but they are a little overpriced. My major complaint is that I tried to order a second pair of earrings that were showing sold out on the website but on their Etsy shop they were showing in stock. I messaged on Etsy and got an immediate response back letting me know they took the listing down and when I asked if it would restock I didn’t receive a response so I sent a follow up message, still no response. They were VERY quick to tell me they were removing the listing (within minutes of my first inquiry) but didn’t care to deal with me any longer or answer my questions about a restock. Not sure how you get return business that way and I truly would have ordered more :(
