I saw Hydrangea earrings on one of hannah ricketts vlogs. and then made a comment on her vlog. Hannah kindly told me they from nice cream London. I bought hydrangea in silver for wedding for this summer. They are stunning in real life and really comfortable to wear . I thought they were going to be delayed ,due to Easter holidays.I contact customer service they were excellent. They were dispatch on Tuesday and I received them on Friday which wasn’t delayed at all. very happy with them. thank you, nice cream customer service team.you very helpful.

I'm a first time purchaser with Nice Cream London and couldn't be happier with their outstanding customer service. There was a slight problem with the setting of my earrings. Their response was immediate, very friendly, and most accommodating. My replacement earrings arrived quickly, and they're absolutely beautiful...my favorites for a long time to come.

I think the introduction regarding the packaging done by elves was nice pre Christmas although a bit over the top.
But continuing with it at the end of January was to much. That is the only reason for four stars and not five.
But this won't deter me from ordering from you again.
