Useful pass
Really easy way to see a range of attractions, but needs planning to ensure you get the number right (we bought 7 attractions and only just fit 7 in). We went in December and queues were minimal so it worked well for us.

Close to everything went very very good…
Close to everything went very very good besides one: I needed to pay in advance for the Gospal in Harlem. It was written, that money will be paid back after our visit with the New York Pass. We booked the Gospal on oct 15th, so 2 month ago and we visited it. So far, there is no money back. Can you please let me know, what to do, to get money back?

Attraction not included
The only issue we got is that the MET was in the list of attractions and when we arrived to the museum they told us the pass was not accepted :(

Everything was great with the New York sightseeing pass—the entries all worked smoothly. The only issue was that the ordering process caused a bit of a delay because the email confirmation didn’t come through immediately and took a few hours.
