We got into the muesums faster and we saved a lot of money and time.
We are a bit dissapointed with the buses cause we waited long to get on a bus and the bus stops weren't visibile and hard to understand

It was my third time in London and my third London Pass.
I always bought it because it gives me access to a lot of activities and I enjoy it.
I recommend it 100%.

Bought a coffee bean jar from B&M. By mistake, the wrong sort got picked up. It was advertised as a 30-day return. On asking for an exchange, they refused, saying once an item is out of store, no exchange or returns. View our returns' policy. In the policy, no returns are mentioned, as for perishable food items, the coffee beans are not perishable. B&M has no justification, but it still refuses to exchange.

We had a great time with our two day London Pass. The Palace and Parliament walking tour was fantastic! Dan, was wonderful and very knowledgeable. We recommend this tour to everyone.

The experience was great. It's certainly good value for money and it's just the perfect way to have very valuable access to the most important sights in London. There are more than 100 different sights to choose from and that's wonderful, but it's also so wide a list that intelligent decisions have to be made. You cannot do everything and cannot be everywhere. The pass worked perfectly almost everywhere. I only had incidents with certain walking tours. The booking process was excellent, but nobody actually turned up for the tour. It happened twice with the same company on different tours. This particular incident annoyed me a lot and marred the whole otherwise great experience. The tours that never runned even when booked were the Greenwich Tour and the West End and Soho tours, both operated by Top Tasting Tours. I am still expecting an apology or some compensation, because in London, both time and transport are extremely expensive and valuable and I simply cannot accept such lack of professionalism by not operating the tour without notice of cancelation. The London Pass, or Go City are not responsible for other company's faults, but I notified about this incident and I must say that Customer Care is not their main strength. The customer is the most important asset to any company. It should not be so difficult to get in touch with the company to notify incidents. And Go City should also notify a kind of resolution with these kind of incidents. Apart from this, I was very happy with the London Pass in general terms and would certainly recommend it. I have myself bought it on two different occasions for London and would do it again, but I must still state that Customer Attention should be considered a priority and I don't think that is the case.

There was a bit of a bump at our first use of the pass as it was not scanning properly. After a couple of minutes the issue was resolved, and then our day went off without a hitch. Very easy to use!

Takes off a lot of headache. Includes a lot of the relevant things you should see in London, and it offers very good value for money. We took a 2 day Pass Plus for 3 adults and one child, paid a bit below 500 pounds. We went to see the important things, and we should have paid a bit over 200 for each adult if we would have booked individually the most basic tickets.

It was a wonderful family time in London. We gathered many new impressions.

The buses were infrequent, we did not get to visit all the attractions we paid for.

I purchased London pass for 2 adults and a child for trip during half term in February, a Christmas gift for my daughter. I reached out via Chat for advice prior to the trip because I was concerned that the non-bookabke attractions may be busy but they reassured me I shouldn’t have any issues getting in, but some may ask us to pop back later in the day if it is busy at that time. I was also told to get back in touch if we did have any issues.
In reality we could only get into one of the four attractions we tried to visit - the rest turned us away and told us they were fully booked all week. This resulted in a lot of wasted time, money and I had a very disappointed and upset 8 year old.
I tried to get hold of customer services via Chat for help during the trip but it was impossible to get past the AI bot to talk to an actual person. Since returning, I have tried to report via Chat, Social Media messages and 3 different email addresses. I have not yet received a single reply and it has been 8 working days since my last attempt to contact this company. This is my first time leaving a negative review for anything but feel like I need to given the poor experience followed by an appalling lack of customer service response.
