Fantastic value and the ability to change attraction times was a godsend! Meant we were able to reschedule when the weather conditions weren't the best for certain attractions like Empire State Building - cloudy day, no visibility. Now booked for London and telling everybody else how good it is. Thank you!

Visiting NYC was never this easy!
Everything was super easy to get to and to reserve! Information on the attractions was mostly correct (still check official sites just in case). Would recommend and use again any time!

Great but some issues need to be figure it out
Overall, the experience was very good at most attractionts, although there are some aspects that could be improved.
The good thing is that the possibility of modifying the times of certain attractions is a very positive aspect; in New York, there are always so many things to do, and being able to change the time without any issues is very convenient.
Negative aspect: we wanted to visit the 102nd floor of the Empire State Building and we inquired about it more than six months in advance. At that time, we were told that there would be no problem. Nevertheless, once we were there, we were unable to visit because the tickets were sold out.
We believe they should provide clearer information about availability or better explain how to secure the visit in advance to avoid situations like this.
We also had a small inconvenience with Inside Out Tours (Harlem and Gospel). We had booked the tour in Spanish and were told that we would have a Spanish-speaking guide; however, the assigned guide did not show up. We waited for more than 40 minutes at 7 a.m., outside in the street in winter, with young children.
Despite this situation, Charles stepped in and handled the issue with great professionalism. He managed the situation with patience and dedication, did an impeccable job, and ensured that the experience was still very satisfying.

Great way to visit New York
It's a great way to visit New York, both for the discounted prices and the easy way of booking and use. However, it would be appreciated if the tour activities, especially, were offered in other languages and if booking them in other languages were simpler, because some tourists don't speak English.

Safe money & be flexible
If you plan your trip precisely, the New York pass can help you safe a lot of money. Also you are flexible to do what you want, as you can book the attractions more or less spontaneously. I can really recommend it. I took the 7 attractions pass for my 10 day trip.
