I made a order ,they didnt sent my order.
after i called them .they asked for a copy of money transfer from the bank. i had sent them ,they eat my money and sent nothing and not answered my call or email.
please stay away from this liares and thieves.

Great to shop with a genuine new Rock boot shop. Lead times were accurate and the staff were really helpful when I rang and gave me all the info I needed, great advice on sizes. The boots were perfect when they arrived. I was delighted.... had some bad experiences shopping online in the past but these guys were ace! Would definitely shop again.

My new boots turned up in no time at all and I was really impressed with the service :)

Bought my New Rocks from Trafford Center Manchester uk. 20 years ago. Was told when I got them I would never wear them out. An Ive not. I have worn them for Festivals Concerts an Rock Nights all around the North West of England. I am looking for some new ones now. I also got some 2 years ago for my Younger brother. An Guess what HE LOVES THEM TO!!!!. :)

I ordered some custom made boots for my wedding and they were made on time, and perfect to my order. No quibbles and I love the boots they made me. I will never sell them.

Ordered some New rocks for my daughter. Very pleased with the boots so far. Just lose one star because they took so long to arrive, 25 days, not the 5 to 7 working days quoted when ordered. Something to keep in mind when ordering.

My flower styled engraved leather Rocks are amazing!! They were a considered purchase but I love my Rocks. Comfy and very unique. They draw attention all the time 😄😄🤘

I have waited years to own a pair of New Rock boots. Having done some research I settled here. I'm extremely pleased that I did. I asked a question before I made a purchase with regards to size as I didn't want to make a mistake they were very prompt and friendly. When I made my purchase I checked my order but couldn't find it listed (my error) they were polite, friendly & helped my track my order. The boots were perfect when they arrived (within allotted delivery time) I am thrilled with my boots and the service. I will recommend them to anyone.

Bought these as a gift for my boyfriend and they're still in amazing condition considering he's had them for almost two years! (And he's been to numerous festivals and gigs in them) - only haven't given them 5 stars because delivery took a while as they didn't have the materials to make the boots - which is totally understandable, except that they failed to tell me this until I emailed them wondering where they were.

awful boots they are uncomfortable, i had the biggest blisters imaginable when i first wore them and if its raining they just soak up the water, i do not recommend them at all

Very fast delivery and product all as described: Boots "run in" by walking around London the next day, very comfortable right from the start. Getting used to having 2KG on each foot!
