Absolutely in love with the WET-TO-DRY HAIRDRYER BRUSH.
I even bought a second one for my sister.

It is very easy to use and save me a lot of time everyday !

I tried my hair straightener and I’m really happy with that! My hairs is very curly from the roots so after washing them, a bit I dry with towel and straig away I’m using hair dryer and straightening in one time, so they become very smooth and straight. I really recommend this device!

I do like the hairdryer although one of the magnetic pieces stopped attaching less than a month after buying it (I have read reviews from other people complaining about that too). The client service has been very responsive. I do not understand why instead of activating the warranty they asked me to write a review here to receive the broken part and "save the environment". But since they have been very quick in responding, I trust they will send a replacement for the defective part soon.

I ordered a wet-to-dry-blowdryer for 90€ (original price: 130€). The package arrived quickly, yet the blowdryer was unable to perform the basic task of this device: to produce hot air or to heat up the ceramic plates sufficiently to dry hair. Surprised by this outcome I wrote to customer support. They were very friendly but did not at all engage with the main question: why would you send a faulty device? And do you want to send me another one in exchange for the faulty one? The cherry on top is that I have to pay for the return shipping. For a product that does not work. I wish I would have ordered with Babylisss, as I planned in the first place.

The wet-to-dry straigtener does a great job on my wavy, frizzy hair. Love it!
