I arranged a photo shoot with the company for 16 October, paying a “refundable” deposit. Despite confirming my attendance multiple times beforehand, the shoot was cancelled upon my arrival. There was no sincere apology, and the manager became confrontational, implying that the cancellation was my fault even though I arrived 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time.
I was then persuaded to reschedule for 30 October. During the rescheduled shoot, the same manager attempted to pressure me into paying £500 and signing a contract for a photo package that had initially been presented as optional and associated with a refundable deposit. He used high-pressure sales tactics, including comparing me to another client who was allegedly purchasing a package costing over £2,000, in an attempt to coerce me into spending more.
After it became clear that I would not agree to a larger amount, he continued to pressure me and convinced me to pay an additional £100, on top of the deposit, again under the representation that the deposit was refundable. Following the payment, his attitude changed noticeably, and I received minimal attention. I was told that someone would contact me to explain the next steps.
To date, no one has contacted me. I have received no career guidance, no further information, and my repeated calls have gone unanswered. Based on my experience, I believe this company engages in misleading and deceptive practices and should be investigated to prevent others from being affected.

On the day of your visit, you made it very clear that you were a student and that purchasing images would be difficult financially. Because of this, our team ensured you were looked after and supported as a goodwill gesture, with no obligation to purchase anything further. All image packages are optional, and no client is required to proceed with any package.
Regarding deposits, these are taken to secure studio time and staff, and the terms are explained in advance.
That said, we do take concerns seriously. We would much prefer to resolve this directly and transparently. We will be contacting you to discuss this and clarify any misunderstandings, as our goal is always to ensure clients leave feeling respected, informed, and comfortable.

Brilliant experience
Brilliant, fun modelling day experience deliverd by friendly professional staff.
I was under no illusions that I was there just to have the experience and that i might need to purchase some photos at the end , which i did, but the photographer was great, she made me feel comfortable coaching and guiding throughout I felt like a professional at the end of it, LOL with all the twist and turns I had a great day.

A very comfortable and professional experience
A very comfortable and professional experience for a newcomer to modelling. My make up was applied quickly and the photographer sorted through the outfits I brought and chose which to wear for the photoshoot. I did not have to wait long for my assessment which was very positive.

A scam!
This is definetly a scam a year later and I have not received any modelling jobs after they told me I would be “signed”. Also, it costs additional money to be signed (which it shouldn’t at legit agencies). All this is, is an overpriced photo shoot and make- up application.

We are a model support and portfolio development company, designed to help individuals build professional portfolios, confidence, and industry readiness. This is explained during the consultation and again on the day of the experience. More importantly to be guided and signed to a leading commercial talent agency
There are no guarantees of work in the modelling industry — something no legitimate company can promise — as bookings depend on external clients, agencies, brands, and market demand. What we provide is the correct tools, presentation, guidance, and exposure to give clients the best possible chance when opportunities arise.
Any optional services offered after the experience (such as portfolio upgrades, websites, or promotional tools) are completely optional and clearly explained before any decision is made. There is no obligation to purchase anything further.
We appreciate that modelling is not the right path for everyone, and outcomes can vary. However, we strongly disagree that this is a scam — we have supported thousands of clients, many of whom go on to receive castings, paid work, or personal confidence gains, which is reflected in the majority of our reviews.

Wow…I was welcomed like a professional…
Wow…I was welcomed like a professional and given five star treatment from the minute I went through the door. The lovely receptionist took my clothing bags and shoes an placed them ready for the photo shoot. I thought I would be doing this myself. I was then taken through to a professional make up and hair artist who chose natural make up and straightened my hair. I felt real. The female photographer was impressive and so professional. I actually felt like a movie star. Thank you for taking care of me. I was the assessed and given an interview. From this l was informed there would be potential for me in various industries relating to mature models. I felt excited and above all cared for. From then I have had plenty of contact, made to feel needed/special and the support has been ongoing. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a memorable day.

Great experience- fun and fast ! As a newbie I didn’t know what to expect (except maybe an Austin powers “and I’m spent” situation 😁). Very friendly lots of advice and patience. I’m already having approaches from agents 24 hours later.
Photographer was excellent, and make up. The photographs surely can’t be me ! So good.

I’m was so happy to work with you
I’m was so happy to work with you, very one was so patient and respectful and made me feel very comfortable until I was told to pay £1950 for a portfolio, they are using the test photo shoot for the portfolio.
They referred me to 3 agents, the first one wants £160 for 2y contact, second one wants £180 and the third one wants £195 but they don’t tell you that you have to pay for agents fees separately and they don’t tell you that in advance. The photos sent to me, when I open it, it takes me to we transfer app that you need to pay £9.99 a week or £200 plus a year. There are too many red flags, I didn’t sign with any of the agents and I have requested refund. I will let you know what happens

Life-Changing Experience
I want to say a massive thank you to Rebecca and my amazing consultant, Sophie Waite. Sophie spent over an hour chatting with me on the phone — she was incredibly professional, patient, and reassuring while helping me get booked in for my assessment at the Shoreditch studio.
As a mature model, this was a huge confidence boost for me. It’s something I’ve wanted to do for a very long time but never quite had the courage. From the moment I arrived, everyone was so friendly, supportive, and genuinely lovely. I immediately felt at ease.
