At New Home Quality Control we carry out a comprehensive survey of your property and provide a highly detailed snag list accompanied by photographic evidence where needed to ensure nothing is missed. This can be given to the relevant build contractor for immediate completion. In our experience of being at the top of the building trade we have seen re occurring items and issues that get missed along with very important tolerances that have been overlooked and in time will only develop new or make ongoing issues a lot worse which in turn will only cost yourselves a lot of money once your warranty has expired.

Outstanding

Outstanding, blown away with the level of detail and photographic evidence of snags for a new building. We would never have noticed a number of these issues , this was well worth spending the money on this professional company .

Excellent Service

New Home Quality Control inspected our recently purchased new build home. The surveyor Paul was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable.
We received an extensive and detailed report including references to the specific regulations. We would absolutely recommend New Home Quality Control and found that the additional thermal insulation testing was well worth doing.

Highly recommend

Will the inspector was brilliant. He arrived exactly when he said he woukd, was a pleasant and knowledgeable guy and most importantly very thorough. He found 94 snags, thankfully mostly decorative but I'd have never noticed them myself. Highly recommend and worth every penny

Great value for money

Orlando was fab and carried out our home snagging inspection quickly and efficiently. He picked up on many little snags that we missed ourselves, which was fixed quickly.

Thermal inspection by Orlando was great

Orlando is brilliant. After watching his videos for years and having a full new home inspection last year, I decided to get a thermal inspection done. Orlando indetified multiple issues that I can now take back to the developer. Highly recommend him, professional and a friendly knowledgeable guy.

Good Value for money. Detailed and time saving

We recently had Paul visit our new build, a True hero of the industry.
Highly knowledgeable and shows a dedication that goes beyond what you'd expect. He arrived promptly was friendly and professional. He provided us with a detailed report of the issues found with our new build. After care is top notch. Great value for money.

Highly recommended

A really brilliant service

A really brilliant service. Handled very quickly. Report provided within 24 hours of assessment being carried out. The report is extensive and incredibly thorough. I cannot fault the service and would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend

From first organising the snag to receiving the report, NHQC have been brilliant. As all new build buyers will be aware, completion dates change - NHQC were accommodating with all these date changes and helpful in supporting us understand that for what we wanted a post completion survey straight after we get the keys would be best.

The survey was carried out, the person was very professional and helped me in understanding some further detail to some of the snags they were noting so that I could talk to the developers after. The report we’ve received is concise and clear and helps us, the buyers, have all the info we need to ask developers to get our house up to the right standard.

As first time buyers we were also a little nervous purchasing a new build (which feels a bit risky given some of the horror stories you hear) - I felt at ease knowing that NHQC would be looking over the property and looking for issues in a field they are experts in.
Would highly recommend and would absolutely use this service again!!

Amazing service

Amazing service. Easy to book. I had to change the date multiple times and had no issue doing it.
Our engineer arrived on time, was incredibly thorough, and very detailed in informing us of the issues.
Report was received 2 days later.

Great company, great staff

Tony was brilliant. He text me the day before personally to give me a time that he would arrive. I said that I may be a bit late as travelling from elsewhere he was very accommodating beginning on the exterior of the house.

When I arrived he explained the entire process to me.

When he was finished he explained some minor issues found and noted that I’d receive the report the next day which i did.

A very fast turn around and very good workers. Thank you!

Great service would highly recommend!

From start to finish there was great communication!
Prior to and on the day of inspection, everything was checked and planned before starting.
The inspection itself was very thorough. The amount of snags picked up compared to what we would’ve noticed was unbelievable and in our opinion made this such a great value for money service.
Orlando was great and would recommend to everyone!

Outstanding service and outcome

Paul came out, prompt, lovely bloke and provided a comprehensive report of everything wrong with the property for me to raise with Persimmon. Report received in 24 hours with pictures, relevant code requirements they were in exception of and generally just a fantastically clear outcome that leaves no room for the developer to misunderstand. Excellent work.

Would recommend!

My husband and I moved into a new build house whilst both working full time. Having the team come in and inspect the house gave us the peace of mind that we needed that we were safe in our new home, especially with a little one on the way! It saved us lots of time trying to attempt this ourselves whilst working and going by the list we were sent back we definitely would have missed most snags ourselves. It was worth every penny. Stefan was also very approachable, and happy to hear about anything we had noticed ourselves first.
Thank you for making the stress of moving a little bit easier! Would highly recommend.
